Pros:

Lovely and relaxing place to stay. Very nice pool and beach areas. Low rise accommodations and areas to walk around on the property. We enjoyed our stay and would go back! thank you!!

Pros:

Tesis ilk izlenim olarak güzel ancak odamız (aile odasında konakladık) geniş olmasına rağmen bakımsızdı. Biraz eskimişti. Belki daha bakımlı odalar vardır. Kahvaltı çok zengin ve fazlasıyla doyurucuydu. Denizi taşlık olduğu için denize giremedik, başka plajlara gittik. Deniz ayakkabısı gerekir. Bunun dışında resepsiyondaki görevliler ve genel olarak çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Merkeze yakın mesafede olması da avantajdı. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık.

Pros:

Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred..

Then I asked at reception to order a taxi going to Kos town and agreed on a price but when I met the taxi driver the next day he said I had to pay 5 € reservation fees on top of the agreed price. The receptionist did not say anything about this.

Nevertheless, I had a lovely time. Thanks for the hospitality!

Camera sporca, puzza di fattoria costante che entra in camera, sauna a pagamento, palestra aperta dalle 10-19, troppo cloro nelle piscine, colazione abbondante ma di bassa qualità, ristorante a prezzo fisso a buffet, no macchina di caffe, piatti/bicchieri sporchissimi, in bagno: sapone per le mani, sapone doccia+shampoo, carta igienica, asciugamani, basta

Bella vista, 2 bar, cose da vedere e mangiare in vicinanza usando la macchina, minimarket in loco, bei alberi e spazio ben curato, scuola da kitesurf accanto, 3 notti con musica/dj/animazione semplice ma carina, tavolo biliardi da usare liberamente, anche tennis e beach volley

Pros:

I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct.

Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. I always carry some candy in my backpack and was dismayed to discover ants made their way into my backpack when I left.

The rest was OK, food was OK, entertainment was also OK, the nearest beach right outside the hotel was nice (but with pebbles), and the drinks in the all-inclusive were basic but unlimited.

It was also a 15min walk from a few shops and bike and car rental shops. At night, the walk to these shops felt a bit sketchy though.

Pros:

We stayed there for one night as we were on our way to Italy and our flight wasn't leaving until the next day. The pool area was nice and large. The rooms do need some updating, but overall were fine.

Pros:

We stayed here for one night, as we were leaving the next day for the airport. The pool area and overall property was very nice. We arrived just as lunch was ending so our only option was to eat at the pool bar which had very limited options. We did go out in the evening to the town of KOS to have dinner there and walk around. The rooms need some updating, but overall they were fine.

Pros:

Overall, a very nice hotel and I was happy with my stay. I also appreciated the fact that I was there during my birthday and to my surprise, i found a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit in my room with a birthday greeting! I would book again if/when i visit Kos again.
