Nearly excellent, with some small problems
Pros:

Everything was very beatiful, but jakuzi was not clean, we couldnt use it. Beach was not so extreme, full of stones not sand. Also, our room was downstairs from elevator (not straight), we had to carry our stroller on hand. Otherwise, all things was wonderful, very nice hotel and thanks for gifts. Sorry for 4 point, I would prefer nearly 4.7 points instead.

Bu oteli maalesef ki denize sıfır ve denizi güzel zannederek rezervasyon yaptırmıştık. Gerçek anlamda bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Otelin genel fotoğraflarından da göreceğiniz üzere, otelin pazarladığı şey / değer aslında deniz (ve denize sıfır gibi konumlanması). Otel maalesef ki denize sıfır değil. Aradan 2 adet yol ve 1 bina geçiyor.

Otelin sahip olduğu plaj ise büyük bir limanın yanına yapılmış bir alan. Buradaki deniz de photoshop'la iyileştirdikleri deniz gibi Maldivler tadında değil.

Romanya'da ya da Karadeniz'deki bir limandaki deniz kıyısı gibi.

Bir de bölge olarak muhteşem rüzgarlı, burada denize keyifle girebilmek gerçekten mucize olur.

Otelin temizliği, mimarisi, yemekleri, sıcaklığı, ilgisi çok çok güzel.

Ama biz oteli deniz avantajı olduğunu düşünerek aldık ve tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Özellikle temizlik, hijyen, güler yüzlü hizmet sunan mükemmel bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Oda içerisi ferah ve sessizdi. Kahvaltısı Türk kültürünü biraz daha içinde barındırarak daha iyi olabilirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Beautiful property offering excellent breakfast close to the port of Karlovasi.
Staff are exceptional and we enjoyed everything about our stay (especially the pool). We will definitely return on a future visit to the island.

Staff is very welcome , facilities are always clean. only 2 things are negative from my Side . Pool is small and around 10 o clock you have to be on the line another thing is cleaning service, they are not changing towels and sheet . We stayed 3 night

Great stay, fantastic staff!
Pros:

Our stay at the Samian Mare Hotel was amazing. We have been to Samos before, but that was our first time staying at Karlovassi. We liked our room, the breakfast, and most importantly, the staff was amazing. In particular, the reception staff was very helpful, and very friendly, in a real way. It felt us being at a home away. It was a great visit for us.
