Good location, friendly staff. Only negative was that there was no desk in my room.

5 min gange fra sentral stasjon. Buss nr 5 rett foran hotellet som kjører til byen. Frokost er just ok. Ikke noe spesiell, men dem har en robott som hjelper å rydde :) negativt: hotellet har ingen restaurant og rommet er vasket bare 3. dagen. Da må man hente sjøl på resepsjonen hva som mangler for eks håndkle, dopapir osv.

Trevlig personal, bra läge

Computer system wasn’t working. Arrived to be told they’d double booked my room and I needed to walk to another hotel & would have to walk back for breakfast (as the other hotel doesn’t do breakfast). Eventually convinced them to give me a room as I’m disabled and can’t walk back/forth. Room smelt so strongly or some form of deodoriser I had to open the window & take Benadryl. Room also had a defective light that switched itself on at intervals so had to use the main switch to turn off all lights in the evening.

Staff apologetic but customer service poor. They didn’t even offer to get me a cuppa when I arrived and they were sorting out the double booking.

Ein renoviertes und sauberes Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Es gab jedoch paar Sachen, die mich gestört haben:
-das Frühstück am ersten Tag war mittelmäßig. Der Kaffee und der Saft waren sehr wässrig. Am nächsten Tag war bisschen besser.
-eine Tür in meinem Zimmer die zum anderen Gästezimmer führt. Die war natürlich verschlossen aber dadurch kommt unnötiger Lärm ins Zimmer rein,
-außerdem kam am ersten Tag niemand, um das Zimmer zu putzen.

Close to transportion and bus pass included, but everyone is very walkable. Good wifi & Netflix access.

Great location close to the railway/bus stations. Spotlessly clean and a nice view from 7th floor room. Very friendly reception team. Plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet including a helpful robot.

Most friendly and supportive staff. Hotel was in a great location. Clean and spacious.

Top immer wieder gerne, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Für diesen relativ hohen Preis war das Frühstück unzureichend. Das Gebäck war nicht frisch, viel zu wenig Auswahl, lieblos hergerichtet und dann soll man auch noch sein Geschirr selbst in den Roboter räumen.

Excellent place, modern and affordable

This was a great property for our stay in Salzburg..
The rooms were fine for our needs. Worth using the underground car park but only limited spaces.
Breakfast basic but very good. Make sure you ask about free bus and train passes which you can get from reception. The hotel is served by a number of buses.

Enjoyed our stay.

숙박비가 비싼 도시에서 가격대비 아주 만족한 숙소였습니다. 리노베이션을 한지 얼마 안되어서 깨끗하고 편의시설도 만족합니다. 기차역 바로 앞에 위치해있고, 냉장고가 방안에 없지만 로비에 음식을 맡길 수 있습니다. 지하에 세탁실이 있는것도 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 훌륭했고 직원들도 친절했습니다.

É um hotel razoável para uma noite.
O quarto triplo é muito pequeno e só com espaço para abrir uma mala.
O pequeno-almoço é fraco e caro para o preço que cobram.
A zona onde fica não é das melhores.
