The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay — extremely friendly, attentive and always trying to find a solution immediately whenever needed. The service mindset was genuinely excellent. That said, the hotel itself feels somewhat dated and does not meet the expectations of a typical 4-star hotel. The bathroom still had a shower curtain, the heating had to be activated via reception, the minibar was empty and there was no bottle of water in the room. Overall, we had better experiences in several guesthouses and 3-star hotels during our Peru trip. Wonderful staff, but the hotel facilities would benefit from some modernization.

De febrero 2026 a mayo 2026 SUBIERON EL DOBLE A LOS PLATOS DE LA CARTA, un lomo saltado NO PUEDE COSTAR 70 SOLES( en febrero 54 soles), UNA SOPA A LA MINUTA DE 27 A 52 , demasiado elevados los precios de la comida... antes estaba a un precio razonable.. encima antes era mejor el sabor de la comida, suben el precio, pero bajan la calidad...

Las camas no eran comodas
Location. Short hike to an overlook of the lake from a huge neighboring hotel’s stunning observation deck, where we were welcome. Quiet and we felt safer being a distance from Puno. They gave us a bagged breakfast to go due to our early checkout. The alpacas in front of the hotel were fun to observe.
The restaurant food. All the meat was overcooked. Very little Peruvian cuisine. The staff could never change even a 50-sole bill. It was also inconvenient to be so far from Puno a couple of times.

Pizza nazwana od nazwy hotelu w mojej opinii nieciekawa … dziwne ciasto i parówki pod serem 😂, miałem też pecha do kawy Americano w lobby barze dostałem coś co wyglądało i smakowało jak woda z płukania ekspresu i niestety nie dało się wypić ale zakładam że musiał to być jakiś wypadek przy pracy bo kolega zamawiał chyba dwa razy espresso i było ok. Poza tymi dwoma drobnymi wpadkami hotel bardzo przyzwoity jedzenie na śniadaniach również

Het uitzicht over het meer is fantastisch. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Net ver genoeg om geen last van de drukte te hebben en ook weer niet te ver om het lopend te bezoeken.
Het had allemaal wat schoner gekund. Onderhoud liet ook te wensen over.
