Great staffs, nice breakfast, good environment slightly away from city. 5 Alpacas of hotel are so cute!
Het uitzicht over het meer is fantastisch. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Net ver genoeg om geen last van de drukte te hebben en ook weer niet te ver om het lopend te bezoeken.
Het had allemaal wat schoner gekund. Onderhoud liet ook te wensen over.

La puerta del.baño no funcionaba el seguro y el inodoro tenía poca presión de agua :(
El hotel es realmente cómodo y las habitaciones también.
El desayuno delicioso con productos locales.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar en el restaurante, disfrutando de una hamburguesa de alpaca muy rica.
Además, pasamos un momento agradable en Lobby.
Lo recomiendo 100%.
Está un poco alejado, a unos 15 min en taxi del puerto.
Pero ver el amanecer desde la ventana de la habitación no tiene precio.

Me encanto la amabilidad del personal, desde el vigilante hacia el personal de cocina, la ubicacion si bien es cierto es algo lejana a la ciudad es perfecta si buscas paz y tranquilidad alejada de la bulla de la ciudad.
los desperfectos en el baño, apesar que solucionaron los problemas de la tina y secadora , creo que se debe preveer esos incovenientes.

Lots of flies in the dining room, nice but limited breakfast.
We booked a 3hr boat tour to Uros islands through the hotel which we would not recommend. The guide pretty much left us to it then fell asleep on the journey back, and we were not told in advance of extra costs which we could not avoid paying. It was an uncomfortable experience.

The manager and staff were fantastic. We had an issue that was promptly resolved. It's in a good location, and it was a nice pit stop on the way to Arequipa.
Freundlicher Service, schönes Zimmer, gute Betten, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sicherer und bewachter Parkplatz. Restaurant. Schöner Garten mit Alpakas.
