Pros:

Staying at Uros Islands is a really unique & meaningful experience! Our hosts Ricardo & Cinthia were extremely warm and welcoming. Our train from Cusco to Puno was significantly delayed, causing us to reach Puno around 2am instead of 6pm. Ricardo was still there to pick us up from the port in the boat to get us to the lodge, and Cinthia gave us an overview of the space. We still cannot believe they were kind enough to do this in the middle of the night. The homemade breakfasts and dinners were incredible (especially the trout!) and the private, short tour around the islands was fantastic. Couple things to note: the tour was entirely in Spanish, so if you need an English tour be sure to book the full-day tour. It also gets quite cold at night, but luckily each bed has 4-5 blankets to keep you warm. Just be prepared to wear sweaters to sleep! Overall we were very happy to spend some time at Uros, and to do it at this lodge.

La experiencia de compartir diálogos con Ricardo, Cintia y su familia. Siempre muy atentos y con una sonrisa. El paisaje es alucinante, la decoración del espacio también ❤️ el desayuno es 10/10. La zona es súper tranquila.

Me hubiera gustado tener una mesita con dos sillas para tomar nuestro té con mayor comodidad

Les vistes des del lodge. La tranquil·litat.

Cons:

Van tardar molt per venir a ensenyar-nos com funcionava l'estufa, realment quan el sol marxa fa molta fred.
Ritme lent, vam contractar una excursió a través dels propietaris del lodge i vam arribar més de mitja hora tard (ens havien de dur en barca) quan les explicacions de la primera parada ja feia una estona que havien començat.

Lo mas hermoso de nuestra estancia fue la vsta al lago Titikaka, ver el amanecer o el atardecr sentados en las esteras es algo maravlloso. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, el hecho de que tengas un calentador hace que no se pase frío en las noches. el personal es muy amable y presto a cualquier inquietud o ayuda

Pros:

Quarto lindo, amplo e com decoração autêntica e lindíssima!!! A vista do lago é maravilhosa, com atendimento impecável, todo o transporte e passeios foram combinados com a propriedade e funcionou perfeitamente. A comida preparada no local é saborosa e os anfitriões nos receberam muito bem!!! Voltaria e para ficar mais dias!!!!

Beautiful relaxing spot
Pros:

A very tranquil and relaxing space. We loved taking a day to just relax and do nothing while soaking in the views and atmosphere of the lake. The room was super comfortable and we didn’t feel cold over night with all the blankets. The dinner is simple but delicious.

Cons:

Once you are at the lodge that’s pretty much it, there is nowhere to explore or walk around, so it definitely forces you to relax. We were there in winter, but between 3-5pm it was so hot on the deck and no shade!

Fun experience sleeping out in the Uros Island with our family. Jumping in, relaxing, kayaking.
Pros:

Very unique experience to sleep on a floating Uros Island. We enjoyed lounging on the deck and watching the boats go by and we even jumped in and went for a swim.

Cons:

We felt a little trapped because you are on a very small island and can't go anywhere on your own. You are very reliant on the owner and his boat and paying him to take you or use or the kayak which also costs. You can't go wandering without paying more $. Food too... everything added up and it ended up being a very expensive day 1/2.
