Pros:

Fabulous place - clean, modern, beautiful views...and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, even suggesting I could stay way beyond checkout time as it was early in the season.
There's a set of steps to walk down to the little village of Rose - a charming little place, with it's own beach and gorgeous views across to Herceg Novi.
I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Amazing location. Super quiet. Our second visit, and will definitively go back again! Best views in Montenegro.

Cons:

For me that is totally ok, but if someone wants lively city, activities and atmosphere, bare in mind that this is 30 minutes away from Kotor and these activates. Also, if you are old, you have many stairs to climb. Again, for us this is not a problem. I will go back again.

The views..... from the room and from the restaurant downstairs were excellent.

Cons:

The food we ordered was terrible! Quite a mood killer especially with the amazing views. The basics in the washroom were missing such as door mats and shower curtains. If the hotel improves on these little aspects it can be a great stay! P.S. the drive to reach there especially in the night is quite tricky, which we were not aware of. Everything else was good! Huge potential :)

J'y ai séjourné avec ma cousine du 24 au 29 avril 2026.
Vue époustouflante sur la mer et les montagnes depuis le balcon de la chambre. Celle-ci était mignonne et suffisamment spacieuse. Excellente literie.
Personnel super gentil, surtout Marco, à qui nous avons eu affaire durant presque tout le séjour. J'ai fait une chute dans les escaliers, qui m'a occasionné 4 points de suture. Il m'a conduite à l'hôpital et a vraiment été super gentil et réconfortant.
Hôtel très propre. Tous les employés y sont agréables.

Pas de petit-déjeuner et souper sous forme de buffet mais on y trouve quand-même son compte, tant pour la nourriture salée que sucrée.

La piscine a été remplie la veille de notre départ.

Louer une voiture me semble le meilleur choix pour visiter le pays car les taxis ne sont pas bon marché. Pas de service Bolt au Monténégro. Il y a toutefois une navette-bateau qui assure la traversée de la plage vers le village d'Herceg Novi, d'où il est plus facile de réserver des excursions, prendre un taxi,.....

La plage n'est fréquentée que par les clients de l'hôtel.
Un vrai havre de paix et petit coin de paradis. Elle abrite 2 restaurants ouverts en haute saison.
On y accède depuis l'hôtel par escaliers (150 marches) ou en prenant une petite route (environ 3 km).

Cons:

Pas de bus à proximité.
Taxi obligatoire.

De locatie was werkelijk prachtig

Cons:

De kamers waren noet helemaal schoon, hier en daar lag nog een haar.
Bij de boeking staat ontbijt inbegrepen, betaal 10eu op locatie. Hier bleek dit pas vanaf 15 juni te zijn, wij moesten dagelijk de reguliere ontbijtprijzen betalen (toch wel 10-12 eu pp per dag).

Good for short stay
Pros:

Location is great, as well as sea sight. Actually, almost everything was great, except that maybe because of the season beginning not all of the staff was aligned.

Cons:

Shower could be better equipped, so while taking it, there is no need to make your own pool within Bathroom. The mini-bar fridge door and cabinet for it were hard to open due to misalignment. And food menu for the breakfast and dinner could be much better with just small effort.
