Good but not 4 stars. 3 more appropriate.
Pros:

Location excellent.
Breakfast was ok but not great. Firstly reception said there was only food to order and not a buffet but there was a buffet. Secondly the breakfast was as average - no milk or yogurt for the cereal / oats, we didn’t get offered a coffee and generally service was poor, fruit was limited despite Montenegro having fantastic choice, hot food was limited. Definitely a below average breakfast and not in keeping with the hotel generally.

Service, food choice, incomplete information when we checked in about what breakfast was on offer.

Steer clear!
Pros:

The views over the bay are amazing, and the village of Rose is beautiful and quaint.

Cons:

First of all, on arrival there is no clear signage to indicate where the reception is located until you have descended 3 flights (of many) stairs. There was no offer of assistance with baggage, which would be useful as there is no lift.

Once in the room, the stink coming from the shower drain is totally unbearable, and even with the bathroom door closed it permeates into the room. We had 3 unpleasant nights, due to a urine/drain stench that was so strong. This seems to be a common theme in the reviews.

The shower is open on one side, so the bathroom gets saturated with water, and the cleanliness is extremely poor, and clearly has never had a detailed clean.

Also, housekeeping neither made up the room nor replaced our towels after the first night but made the bed without replacing the towels on the second day. At no stage were the used glasses and mugs cleaned.

There were no mattress or pillow protectors, which is very unhygienic, as were the stains on the sheets.

The fridge was unusable because the buildup of ice in the freezer part of it was forcing the door open. Despite that, someone else’s leftover food had been left in the fridge.

As mentioned in many of the reviews, the food on offer is poor. We waited 90mins for a substandard pizza. The breakfast was adequate but overpriced at €13 and coffees were charged extra.

Overall it is very unprofessional, made worse with the poor housekeeping and cleanliness.

Super Aussichte, super Terrassen, Frühstück und allgemein Essen nicht unbedingt empfehlungswert.
Pros:

Leider müsste der Kaffee on top bezahlt werden.
Sonst war alles super.
Typisch von Montenegro müssten wir feststellen, dass unangenehme Geruche aus dem Badzimmer wenn die Abluft nicht läuft entstehen - wahrscheinlich fehlerhafte Konstruktion des Abwassers...

Cons:

Die Aussicht, Zugang zum Dorf/Meer/Strände, die Terrassen. War wirklich toll.

La vue est absolument magnifique.

L’ensemble de l’équipe est agréable.

Café pas compris dans le petit déjeuner.

Nous avons demandé de l’aide pour nos bagages car il y a pas mal de marches à monter, nous avons clairement dérangé le propriétaire avec notre question et au final personne nous a aidé.

Odeur forte d’égouts dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

Good propert, bad attitude of the hosts and some extra costs that were not explained well in the booking process
