Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön an einem Hang gelegen. Der Poolbereich und das Restaurant haben ebenfalls Meerblick und man kann dort ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet genießen. Das kleine Dorf Rose ist für Ruhesuchende perfekt. Man ist schnell über einige Treppen dort und die Strände waren ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Restaurant Argosta können wir sehr empfehlen, wir waren während unseres Aufenthalts direkt 3x dort essen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen!
Leider hat bei unserem späten Check-in etwas nicht geklappt, weshalb wir die erste Nacht am Pool verbringen mussten.
La piscine
L'annonce mentionnait une chambre vue piscine qui était en fait une vue sur un mur et une plage alors qu'en fait il s'agit de la plage publique qui est à 10/15 min de marche (incluant les +160 escaliers qui permettent de rejoindre le village de Rose). Aucune décoration dans la chambre alors que le bâtiment a un vrai potentiel. L'état déplorable de la tête et contour du lit ainsi que la porte d'entrée dont un chambranle était désaxé alors qu'il suffisait juste de le repositionner (chose que j'ai faite par moi même) aucune lampe de chevet ni d'interrupteur accessible depuis le lit. La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas (elle a quand même été échangée). La froideur du personnel (ce qui heureusement était une exception au Monténégro).

The view is spectacular the room are nice and the balcony is amazing! Very clean!
We didn't like the showers because they didn't have doors and all the water leaked out, there was nowhere to put the soap or shampoo… the pillows weren't very comfortable and the air conditioning was strange, at some point during the night it stopped working normally. The staircase leading to the port is very long and steep, requiring good physical fitness to get back to the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location. Quiet environment, amazing view. Convenient free parking. Very nice and friendly staff. More like a home environment than a hotel. Highly recommended!

The view to the sea
Overall, the property appears poorly managed and feels unfinished. On the first morning of our stay, there was no running water. The management’s response was essentially “it is what it is” and “it will be on in 2.5 hours,” which seemed to be considered normal.
The room product is underdeveloped, with many missing details. Finishes feel rushed and careless, giving an overall impression of poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail.
For example, cables for the TV connections are sticking out of the wall. When asked about the TV, we were told there isn’t one, as the concept is “connecting to nature.”
There were also concerning observations regarding safety and maintenance: steep stairs of uneven heights, debris from a recently delivered washing machine left on the stairs and surrounding area, no clearly visible evacuation signage, and room doors operated with a standard key rather than a more secure system.
Overall, the property lacks clear processes and standards and does not appear to meet typical 4-star hotel expectations. While the room rate of €100 may be lower compared to other hotels, the experience felt significantly below its value.
I would certainly not recommend this property to any traveler visiting Montenegro.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel has beautiful views! It’s in a quiet place, which was great for us and has local beaches and restaurants down in Rosé, with step access down. The staff were very helpful and friendly - and the French toast breakfast was lovely! If you stay here and want to get about it is a must for a car, however you can travel to Hercig Novi on boat (€10 return pp), and a few other locations onward from Hercig Novi.
