Pros:

Magnifique rénovation d'un ancien palais., avec beaucoup de goût. Emplacement idéal à Birgu, une des anciennes 3 citées.
Service attentionné. Dora à la réception très professionnelle.
Petit déjeuner parfait. Roof top avec une vue exceptionnelle. Roma la housekeeper a été très professionnelle et attentive.

Stunning small private hotel in beautiful historic waterfront location
Pros:

Beautiful location ,superb staff especially Dora! Also Angelique and Roma. Old world charm with modern facilities. Perfect combination of old world and new. Gondolas right out side to Valletta , also ferry. The gondolas are wonderful.
Your wish is Dora’s command! She will do everything to ensure you have a wonderful stay!

Great location, a bit outside the busy tourist center but close to the ferry to Valetta. Staff was great, especially the very funny Dora. Wonderful room with balcony and historic view. Great breakfast,

The only thing: no room service. But enough choice of restaurants very close by.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem sensationell revitalisierten und auf den Stand der Technik gebrachten Stadtpalast in exzellenter Lage am Hafen von Birgu. Von dort ist man in 5min mit der regelmäßig verkehrenden & günstigen Fähre in Valetta. Viele Parkplätze (gratis) direkt am Meer. Personal extrem freundlich & zuvorkommend (insbesondere der ukrainisch (oder russischstämmige?) Angestellte). Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, da von der Straße ca 20m nach innen versetzt. Unsere Penthouse Suite mit 5m Raumhöhe war der Hammer und der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen ebenso. Das Frühstück ist à la carte (so viel man essen mag - wichtig für mich!), wurde jeweils frisch zubereitet, war auch optisch exzellent, wobei auf alle Sonderwünsche eingegangen wurde. Preislich ist das IBB Palazzo Bettina angesichts des Gebotenen sehr, sehr fair - für mich das beste Hotel seit vielen Jahren!!! 👍🏻📈

One of our favourite hotels.
Pros:

We had the most amazing stay here. This is our second stay at the hotel and we love it there. The hotel is so clean and the staff are so friendly. Upon check in we were greeted with prosecco and the check in process was smooth, they even managed to get our room ready early which was amazing after travelling all night. The rooms are clean and have so much character, beautiful. All of the staff are so friendly and the breakfast is lovely, my husband couldn’t wait to order the Shakshuka again. We can’t wait to come back again.

Tout ! Magnifique établissement et personnel adorable !
En plein cœur de Birgu, magnifique ville, le toit-terrasse donne directement sur les clochers et le port. Nous nous sommes senties très chanceuses et privilégiées de bénéficier de cette vue imprenable autour de la piscine ou du jacuzzi et d’être entourées par un personnel aussi gentil.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel !
