Absolutely beautiful hotel and the location was perfect. I wanted to stay outside of Valletta and I couldn’t have found a better location. Beautiful neighborhood behind it, boats right across the street that take 5 minutes to Valletta and drop you off right under the upper gardens. A trove of good restaurants a couple hundred feet with a beautiful harbor view. The rooftop pool area had stunning views. Perfect!!!

It was an amazing weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The check-in was so smooth and we were treated well from the staff. The room we stayed in was beyond our expectation. We were upgraded to the Junior Suite with sea view so that was wow. The breakfast choice was amazing and all prepared fresh and to our liking. We were treated very well throughout our stay and can't recommend enough. The location couldn't have been better as it's just outside the Vittoriosa waterfront and also Cospicua waterfront. Everywhere reachable by foot.

Staff helpful, location excellent, rooftop superbe, very clean. Very good hotel and would definitely return. We didnt have breakfast or eat so cannot comment, but cafe just next to hotel excellent and lots of good restaurants in walking distance.
Didn't like the very soft mattress, that is the only minor issue.
Beautifully presented and equipped room. Wonderful terrace and pool patio. Excellent breakfast - served to order. Only 50 yards from ferry service to Valetta. Many restaurants in immediate vicinity.
Sister hotel was recommended for its restaurant " a short walk away". In fact this required a 15 minute circuit of the bay.
We originally attempted to book at the Macina where we have stayed before, however, we found Palazzo Bettina more intimate, with a beautiful pool deck and we will definitely book this hotel again. The staff went out of their way, particularly the GM, Roman, who was absolutely outstanding. We were truly spoilt.
The bed was a little soft for our liking.

Fantastic location. Close to lovely restaurants and the water taxi to Valletta
A lovely hotel. We don't like children running around and this hotel was child-free during our stay. We had a lovely restful break. The quiet roof terrace was available for relaxing, and it was easy to take the water taxi into Valetta. The town behind the hotel is lovely, very quaint, and completely free of the cruise ship locusts that swarm around major towns following the lady with the umbrella. Goodness knows why anyone would want to go on a cruise.

The property was perfect. Comfortable and position was excellent. Beautiful stone work and the rooftop pool and spar just perfect.
There was nothing I could fault.
Très bon emplacement dans la zone des 3 cités, qui est un des quartier historique avec la Valette, ce qui en fait un endroit charmant et stratégique pour les visites.
Cela facilite donc la visite des 3 cités, puis pour aller à La Valette, il y a à 5 minutes à pied le ferry, ce qui est très pratique.
L’établissement est à taille humaine, cosy, très calme et propre.
Le personnel est au petits soins.
Le petit déjeuner compris est fabuleux
Le dîner que nous avons eu au restaurant le Little bastion qui n’est pas dans cet hôtel mais rattaché à leur hôtel jumeaux le cugo gran macina (10 à 15 min à pied) a été savoureux
Le manque de luminosité dans la chambre mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous étions surtout en sortie la journée
