Edificio precioso. Habitación amplia con unas vistas de ensueño. Está situado en pleno centro. Muy cómodo tanto para visitar Birgu como para trasladarte en barco a La Valetta. La piscina es fabulosa con las vistas a la cúpula de San Lorenzo y el mar. El personal tremendamente amable. Un acierto total.
El sistema de desayuno, hubiese preferido un desayuno buffet.
Best hotel we have experienced - From start to finish our stay was brilliant. when we arrived for check in we were offered welcome drinks, we were given a early check in which after an early morning of traveling was hugely appreciated. They decorated the room as mentioned it was my 30th birthday. We used the WhatsApp option to communicate for more water, drinks on the roof top. Nothing ever seemed too much on request. They were helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Knew all information for every question regarding places to go, places to eat etc. Amazing air con in the room. Food was made fresh from the menu, wide variety of food and drinks. Would highly recommend to anyone - will definitely be coming back - thank you.

Location is good, although in Birgu, it is not possible to have bad location. The room size - big, very spacious.big size WC. Good mini bar assortment. Extra service: flowers to the room was fantastic❤️
Aroma bottles are everywhere and very strong aroma within the hotel. People with allergies must think twice.
Breakfast is a-la cart, not buffet. Very relaxed staff, takes time to get served. Guests on a morning run should consider.
Cleaning needs to be improved: especially balconies, pool area.
Bed linen and towels - maybe island issue with laundry service.
Mattress on a bed has signs of heavy use.
Strange maintenance approach. All 3 days main entrance door was announced just broken and expecting service.
All that is ok, it can happen, you can live with that
But for the cost of accommodation it is expected more.
L’emplacement idéal. La chambre magnifique et le rooftop avec piscine et jacuzzi. Le personnel très avenants.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful. There wasn't a single staff member that we had a problem with and their recommendations were brilliant. The location was fabulous and the view of the Grand Harbor and Valletta were beautiful from the roof top.
While breakfast choices and food were lovely, it could be a little slow. It might be an idea to make the self-service table a little more robust to be able to help speed up the breakfast service but it was really a minor complaint for us.

Everything was confortable. Breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in Room 208 and it was spectacular.
All the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The breakfast is fabulous and the setting of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay with everything on the doorstep.
We must give special mention to Pietro, the manager who looked after us so well and made our anniversary visit so special.

Pool area use sometimes dominated by some guests
This unique hotel is a beautifully renovated historical palazzo with all modern amenities. A ferry stop and many restaurants are within walking distance. Traditional Maltese boats docking just in front of the hotel. Our room was amazing. All areas of the hotel, armchairs, chandeliers, soft music create a relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop pool and lounge area are mesmerizing. The staff: Roman, Angelica, and Misha were very attentive. Especially would like to recognize Victor who was very helpful and patient, answered all our questions, and checked on a map all interesting places for us to see in Malta. Anastasia was a sweetheart and added a special touch to our experience in this special place.
unfortunately there was no body lotion provided. Since we had no check in luggage, I did not take mine. Went to a convenience store, but they did not sell it.
