Enttäuschend!
Pros:

+ Lage, 15 Minuten zum Flughafen, liegt zwischen Kotor und Tivat, beides ist gut zu erreichen.
+ Klimaanlagen in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben sehr gut funktioniert
+ Personal ist bemüht
+ Pool
+ Smart TV und gutes WLAN

Cons:

Die Unterkunft entspricht leider überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung und Darstellung online. Die auf booking.com gebuchten Kategorien stimmen nicht mit den tatsächlichen Zimmern überein. Die mangelnde Qualität des Gebäudekomplexes und die fehlende Sauberkeit machten den Aufenthalt insgesamt zur Enttäuschung. Schade!
- Poolanlage teilweise kaputt, Treppen zum Aussteigen fallen fast aus der Fassung oder sind schon gerissen, Die Hälfte der Liegen und Schirme waren kaputt. Das QR-Code Menü existiert nicht. Man hat keine Möglichkeit sich etwas zu bestellen. Das Hotel hat nichts im Angebot, kein Essen keine Getränke, man muss sich immer rechtzeitig versorgen. Supermarkt in 12-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar
- Die Zimmer: dreckig, ekelig, die Wände beschmiert, die Küche fällt fast auseinander, die Matratze war an der Seite schon gerissen, die Couch voller Flecken. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir eine Tagesdecke bekommen um nicht direkt auf den Flecken bzw. der dreckigen Couch sitzen zu müssen.
- die Balkonstühle waren durchgebrochen, freundlicherweise Weise wurde ein Stuhl ausgetauscht, der Wäscheständer hatte noch 3 Streben, der Rest war abgebrochen.
- die Gardinenstange war verbogen und und und
- im Endeffekt stimmen hier Preis/ Leistung und die geweckten Erwartungen überhaupt nicht!

Fabulous Fantastic Trip to CASA COLLECTION
Pros:

The great staff give good name to an organisation. The staff (s)were fantastic specially Sevgil, Sibel and Mustafa, these three wonderful young ladies and man truly made my stay a memorable one.
Their excellent customer service and support was outstanding. They made me feel valued and respected. I will definitely sing their praises and their company to my colleagues who are planning to visit Montenegro but are waiting for my experience before taking any decisions. Please appreciate them all for me.
The swimming pool is the best that I have ever swam in. Very clean water and soft to the skin free from harsh chemicals.
I enjoyed the fresh beautiful large room with fully equipped kitchen.
Shower was great and my four days sleep were very restful and pleasant indeed.
I truly enjoyed my stay and will come back by God’s grace.

Cons:

I love everything but the cost of taxis were not their fault but rather the country at large. Transportation should be made better in terms of
reasonable pricing for those of us who do not like to drive in foreign countries.

Место ! Он находится в тихом месте, но в то же время 9 минут до аэропорта и 20 минут до города. Утром поют птици и петухи, на территории гуляют коты и черепаха, что особенно понравилось детям. Теплый бассейн, и можно плавать в любое время.шикарный вид на залив. Цена отличная. Персонал готов помочь в любое время. Особенно спасибо девушке на рецепшене!

Почти все лежаки у бассейна порваны,номер был плохо убран,когда мы заехали, разетка вырвана, кран в душевой еле держался , слабый wi-fi у бассейна
