Pros:

המלון מושלם, הבריכה מאוד כיפית, האווירה טובה והנוף מדהים.
שדרגו אותנו לסוויטה ללא עלות נוספת והחוויה הייתה מדהימה, הג׳קוזי בחדר היה מפנק והחדר היה מאוד מרווח.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וכולם מצאו מה לאכול כולל הילדים שלא אוכלים כמעט כלום.

Cons:

הניקיון היה סביר, אפשר להשתפר בו.

Pros:

Siisti huone ja hotelli. Aamiainen oli erittäin maukas ja ravintola Cielossa kaikki työntekijät todella mukavia! Söimme siellä myös illallisen.

Cons:

Huoneisiin kuului käytävän äänet erittän kovaa, edes korvatulpat eivät vaimentaneet tarpeeksi. Se oli erittäin iso miinus.

Pros:

La vue depuis l'établissement est magnifique. Les installations sont excellentes, la piscine, le sauna et la salle de sport sont vraiment très agréables. L'hôtel est bien situé, à seulement 10 minutes de Kotor, mais attention : la route pour y accéder est très sinueuse et compliquée !

Cons:

Il faut se déplacer en voiture et être vigilent dans la route.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Personnel à l écoute et piscine à débordement avec une vue incroyable.

Cons:

Logement petit et très sombre car une seule fenêtre que l on ne peut ouvrir en totalité car le lit est trop près.
Pour nous, le rapport qualité prix est juste desastreux.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit schwachem Service und Diskrepanz zur Darstellung auf Booking.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich akzeptabel und das hoteleigene Gym war super.

Cons:

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Als Paar erhielten wir eine Zimmerkarte; auf Nachfrage nach einer zweiten Karte wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass keine weiteren verfügbar seien.

Die Zimmer wirken in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Eindruck, den die Bilder und sehr guten Bewertungen auf Booking.com vermitteln. Gerade in Anbetracht des Preises hatten wir hier deutlich mehr erwartet.

Enttäuschend war der beworbene Spa-Bereich. Die Spa-Rezeption war nicht besetzt und es waren keine Handtücher verfügbar. Nachdem ich extra zur Hotelrezeption gegangen war, wurde mir zugesagt, dass innerhalb von 10–15 Minuten Handtücher bereitliegen würden. Auch nach dieser Wartezeit waren keine vorhanden.

Besonders negativ blieb uns die letzte Nacht in Erinnerung. Da am nächsten Morgen eine rund 12-stündige Autofahrt vor uns lag, waren wir auf eine erholsame Nacht angewiesen. Stattdessen herrschte über längere Zeit eine erhebliche Lautstärke gegen 2 Uhr nachts auf dem Flur. Mehrere Gäste verhielten sich mitten in der Nacht derart laut, dass zeitweise eher der Eindruck einer Jugendherberge als eines Resorts entstand. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

الاستقبال والتعامل كان ممتاز جداً

1/ صعوبة الوصول للموقع.
2/ المسبح العام مزعج وفيه تعري بشكل فاضح حتى ان بعض النزلاء ينزل بملابس السباحة ويمشي بها في مرافق الفندق.
3/ خيارات الإفطار قليلة جداً مقابل المال.

Excellent Suites and Pools (Despite a Minor Check-in Hiccup)

Top-tier facilities with incredible attention to detail. Everything feels premium and thoughtfully designed. The pools are amazing - A stunning main infinity pool and also the kids' pool, which our children loved. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. A special shoutout to the gym; it is easily the best I've ever seen in a hotel.

Cons:

There was an initial check-in issue: despite booking two suites months ahead, our family was split across different floors and told it couldn't be fixed. However, the manager stepped up, apologized, and relocated us the next day with a tasty compensation. A great recovery to a stressful start! The only other minor downside is that there are no beach towels available, and the staff are very strict about guests taking the pool towels

Doručak je odličan, raznovrstan, sadržajan i bogat. Sa terase restorana pruža se prekrasan pogled prema zaljevu, jednako lijepo i navečer i ujutro. Bazen, bar i cijelo okruženje oko bazena su odlični, ležaljke udobne i ugodne. Krevet u hotelskoj sobi je jako udoban. Sadržaj hotelske sobe je odličan (imate malu kuhinju, veš mašinu, mašinu za posuđe itd.), kao da se radi o apartmanu.

Cons:

Put (ako se to uopće može nazvati cesta ili ulica) do hotela iz smjera Kotora u duljini od 1,5km je uistinu preuzak, ne širi od 3 metra te se auta teško mogu mimoići. Ili ćete imati sreću pa neće nitko proći iz suprotnog smjera ili ćete se nadmudrivati tko će se skloniti i ići u rikverc. Uistinu mi nije jasno da se gradi ekskluzivan hotel na takvoj lokaciji i da se nije moglo s lokalnom zajednicom pronaći sredstava da se uredi cesta i pristup do hotela, jer ovo trenutno je žalosno. Razočarala me čistoća i urednost hotelske sobe. Balkonska staklena ograda je bila toliko prljava i neuredna, kao da je netko istovremeno kašljao i kihao po njoj (naravno, to je prijavljeno, pa je očišćeno, ali nije ugodno). Kupaonica malena, umivaonik je zbog prenisko postavljenog ormarića jednostavno nepraktičan pa imate dvije mogućnosti prilikom pranja zuba i umivanja: ili cijelu glavu uroniti u umivaonik ili isprskati cijelu kupaonicu vodom.

- Gestione piscina e spazi esterni: I lettini in piscina sono pochissimi ed è difficile trovarne uno libero. Non c'è ricambio dei teli mare durante la giornata. Alla chiusura della piscina vengono chiusi anche il bar e l'intero giardino esterno, azzerando le zone di relax.
Staff e servizio: Supporto da parte dello staff pari a zero. Nessuna attenzione all'ospite né disponibilità.
- Pulizia e dotazioni della camera: Le camere vengono rifatte con grande approssimazione. In 5 giorni non è mai stato fatto il refill della carta igienica, né delle capsule per la lavatrice o la lavastoviglie. In più, la TV in camera non è una Smart TV, cosa del tutto inaccettabile per questa categoria di prezzo.
- Bagno: Piccolissimo, privo di vanity kit e ingombrato da uno scaldabagno enorme che toglie ulteriore spazio.
- Posizione e viabilità: Raggiungere la struttura è un incubo. Le strade intorno sono ripidissime e a una sola corsia (ma a doppio senso): i driver locali (così come altri ospiti dell’hotel) non danno la precedenza a chi è in salita e non si fanno problemi a sfiorare o urtare gli specchietti dell'auto. Con questa difficoltà di guida il rischio è rimanere isolati in hotel, dove però non c'è praticamente nulla da fare.
