מיקום מצוין, נוף מרהיב, בריכות מצוינות, צוות אדיב במיוחד פקידת הקבלה יאנה

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר : טעונה שיפור. לא היו מלצרים להגשת קפה לשולחן וגם לא מכונת קפה(אלמנטרי). נראה שהמאפים לא היו טריים אלא חוממו

Uudehko hotelli, rauhallisella sijainnilla. Kaksi allasta. Sisäallas ja kuntosali ilmaiset myös.
Hyvä aamupala, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Taksien tilaukset ja paikkakunnan vinkit ystävällisesti hoidettu vastaanotossa. Oli pakko vuokrata auto, ei bussilinjaa lähelläkään. Paikkana voi suositella😀Hyvä sijainti retkeillä ympäristöön. Pieni kauppa lähes vieressä.

Hyvä hotelli, tarkkuutta yksityiskohtiin; ovenkahvat irtoamassa, vessojen ovien lukitukset ei toimi ja ovi turvonnut kosteudesta. Allasvessaa ei oltu hetkeen siivottu.
Allasbaari avoinna vai ei> ehkä kannattaisi opastaa asiaa
Aamupala/ iltaravintola samassa tilassa, keskellä päivää ei ruokaa saatavilla, juomia ja evästä kaupasta onneksi löytyy. Moni saattaisi ostaa pieniä annoksia altaalle?!

Otel güzel temiz fiyat performans oteli ama kahvaltısı ve restaurant biraz sıkıntılı , tabiki bu fiyata montenegro da ba

Tesiste odalar ferah , rahat odalar temizdi.

Cons:

Açık büfe kahvaltı geliştirilmeli , ayrıca masa yetersiz saat 09.00 gibi kahvaltıya inerseniz masa bulamazsanız , 2 kere kahvaltıya indik bekledik masa boşalmayınca tekrar odaya çıktık . Ayrıca sıcak soğuk içecekler ve yiyecekler çabuk tükeniyor , ama yerine yenilerine getirmeleri çok uzun sürüyor , en kötüsü de bir masa boşaldığı zaman boşları almıyorlar , ya da çok geç alıyorlar , tek sorunumuz buydu , bunu dikkate alın , onun dışında fiyat performans oteli .

Belle chambre et bel hôtel

Cons:

Aucune animation, personnel froid dans l’ensemble et notre chambre n’a jamais été lavée durant tout notre séjour. Également pas d’eau à disposition et le petit déjeuner est inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles, aucune diversité

Piękna lokalizacja w górach, dwa baseny, dużo leżaków, przestronne pokoje z balkonami. Wszystkie pokoje miały widok na piękne góry.

Droga do obiektu, powinny być ostrzeżenia na stronie obiektu. Słaba jakoś śniadań. Brak kawy z ekspresu. Drzwi bez uszczelek, było wszystko słychać z korytarza. Obsługa sprzątająca zaczynała sprzątanie o 7 rano i nas budziła. Gdy zapaliliśmy opcję clean nie było posprzątane do 14 godziny…

התאכזבנו,הגענו בשמונה בלילה ויצאנו בשש בבוקר ושלמנו הרבה .
Pros:

בקבלה היו מאוד נחמדים וחשבנו שהכל כך ימשך.

Cons:

במזגן היו נזילות ונשפך מים על הארון, האסלה הייתה שבורה, לא היה לנו מים חמים להתקלח. כשהגענו אמרנו שאנחנו יוצאים מוקדם ומבקשים פירות וירקות לדרך והם אמרו שבבוקר בצק אות תקבלו . בבוקר הפקידה לא ידעה במה מדובר. בקשנו קבלה על התשלום ששילמנו היא אמרה שלא יודעת להוציא קבלות.
