Alles war gut, ich weiß nicht woher solche negative Bewertungen, wir waren 3 Nächte da, alles prima ohne Probleme, nur der Föhn ging nicht, alles andere war super !
The location is great to see kotor and the near by mountains. We had a rental car and the parking worked well. The rooms are decent size and clean. The breakfast hat a good variety of foods.

קיבלנו חדר עם אסלה שבורה.
במשך 4 ימים ביקשנו שוב ושוב שיתקנו אותה. לא הצליחו לתקן ופשוט התעלמו מאיתנו בגסות.
גם כשפניתי למנהלת המלון וכתבתי לה פניה מפורטת מאד בווטסאפ היא התעלמה ממני ומפנייתי בתואנה שאין לה זמן כרגע, בדומה להתנהלות של כל הצוות שלה במלון.
בנוסף, אין מספיק מים חמים ל 2 בני אדם - השני תמיד מתקלח במים קרים.
החדר לא נוקה ברמה מספקת - תמיד השאירו את חדר הרחצה מלוכלך.
אכזבה גדולה ושהעיבה על כל הטיול!

Locatie
Het gebouw, de locatie en het uitzicht hebben alles om er een top hotel van te maken. Echter was onze ervaring zeer teleurstellend. We kwamen terecht in een vuile kamer (penthouse met bubbelbad), waarbij het vuilbakje niet geleegd was, we haar terugvonden in het bed en fornuis, er overal brokken lagen op de vloer binnen en op het terras, vijzen op de grond, een bubbelbad dat niet werkte, ...
We moesten zelf aandringen om de kamer te poetsen, echter werd dit niet grondig gedaan.
Vermits het bubbelbad niet werkte, kregen we de mogelijkheid om een andere kamer te kiezen (met terras aan het zwembad). Deze kamer was beter onderhouden, maar de wc-bril zat volledig los, het fornuis hebben we zelf moeten aansluiten, de kussens op terras roken zuur en je moest geluk hebben om je te kunnen douchen met warm water. Daarnaast waren de onderlakens tekort, waardoor je telkens wakker werd op een onbeschermde matras.
Faciliteiten zoals binnenzwembad en sauna waren tijdens ons verblijf niet toegankelijk o.a. door chloorproblemen. Echter vonden ze het niet nodig om hun gasten hiervan te verwittigen en kwam jezelf tot deze vaststelling bij het open trekken van de deur (zeer gevaarlijk voor kinderen). Daarnaast lagen gedurende 2 dagen chloorbrokken op verschillende plekken in het zwembad, alsook langs de boord van het zwembad.
Toen ik gebruik wou maken van het toilet aan het zwembad, kwam ik terecht in een wc die volledig bevuild was met uitwerpselen.
Ontbijt werd goed aangevuld en was relatief uitgebreid, maar de versheid van de producten stelden we toch enorm in vraag.
Op enkele personeelsleden na was de vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit ver te zoeken.
We raden dit hotel niet aan en keren hier nooit meer terug.
De werking is ondermaats, er wordt geen rekening gehouden met veiligheidsmaatregelen en de meeste personeelsleden zitten liever op hun gsm en zijn niet behulpzaam.
We kozen na 4 nachten er dan ook voor om ons logement verder te zetten in het hotel verderop in de straat.

The location was great, next to the airport and a close drive to a lot of nice places.
The view was amazing, forest, mountain and sea view with sunsets.
Management of the hotel could improve a lot of things. We didnt have a spoon for coffee, or plates and other utensils. The door was not functioning properly. We were locked in and waited for someone to open the door from the outside. No one fixed it during our stay, we found a way to manage. Small things nothing too big.
