Absolutely the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We stayed for just one night, and it was more than enough. The AC in our room was completely broken during peak season with the outside temperature reaching 33°C. The room was unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to sleep. When we reported the issue, the receptionist simply shrugged and told us that nothing could be done because the technician would only come the next day. No apology, no alternative room, no attempt whatsoever to solve the problem. The staff throughout the hotel were indifferent, unfriendly, and clearly had no interest in helping guests. At check-out, nobody even asked how our stay had been. We had to bring up the problems ourselves. The room itself was far from the standard expected. The bathroom amenities looked old and poorly presented, giving the impression that they had been sitting there for years. To top it all off at check-out when after ruining our stay, they insisted that we pay for a single Raffaello chocolate from the minibar. It was honestly unbelievable.
This hotel has no understanding of hospitality or customer service. Broken facilities, poor maintenance, indifferent staff and zero accountability. We deeply regret booking this hotel and would never stay here again. Save your money and choose literally anywhere else.
Super friendly, great restaurant, always our go to place to stay when visiting family!
The staff were friendly and helpful. We were leaving before breakfast started and they made sure we got a to go bag to bring with us. The restaurant is excellent.
Everything was fine.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t huge but it was big enough and we had a good-sized balcony with a table and two chairs.
The restaurant Mila that is attached to the hotel is fantastic and very reasonable compared to the other restaurants in the area. It must easily be one of the best restaurants in Tivat and even if you don’t stay at the hotel you should definitely eat here. Everything we tried was excellent and the waiters could not do enough to make you feel welcome – a special thank you to Peter (apologies for the incorrect spelling) who looked after us so well. For breakfast you get a choice from an a la carte menu and again, everything we tried was excellent, including the coffee. I only wish we could find somewhere in the UK that was able to make coffee like that.
The roof terrace is really lovely (although the hotel wifi doesn’t really stretch there) and I think that once the bar opens there you probably wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
The last few years we have been trying to visit as many European (and non-European) cities as possible and we can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
The only minor criticism I have (feedback rather than criticism really) is that there was no coffee machine in the room and that there is a glass wall between the shower room/toilet and the bedroom. Although there is a blind to pull down you can still see through it and no-one wants to see someone else in the bathroom!

No pool bar not much space in bedroom . Repeatedly asked for our friends cake , wine and card for her room . Then when they did eventually say they would put in bedroom they told me there was a charge. This was not made clear at the start . Needs magnifying mirror in bathroom

ארוחת הבוקר בהגשה- טעימה מאוד ומוגשת יפה אבל מצומצמת ומוגבלת למנה אחת בלבד מהתפריט, משקה חם אחד ומשקה קר אחד.
היתר בתשלום נוסף.
העלות ללילה מאוד יקרה יחסית לתמורה. לא מרגיש ארוח מכל הלב כאשר מבקשים תוספת על כוס משקה שניה... גם אם המחיר נמוך יחסית. מרגיש קטנוני.

I chose the hotel due to it having a private beach, but it was closed when I arrived and wasn’t informed.
There wasn’t anything close by and the walk to the port was past building sites.
