A Very Disappointing Experience

Staying at this hotel was a truly disappointing experience. The room we were given was poorly lit, and both the bed and the blanket had a strong unpleasant odor, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay.

Pricing Deception
On Booking.com, the room price was shown as approximately ৳2800, but during check-in, we were charged ৳3000. They promised to refund the extra ৳200, but we never received it. During checkout, there was no one at the reception. When we called the manager, he simply asked us to leave the key at the desk. When we asked about the refund, he claimed to have given it to a staff member, but it was never handed over to us.

Untrained Management and Poor Service
The most frustrating part was being kept waiting at the reception for a long time without any resolution. In the end, we had to leave without getting the refund.

Inconvenient Location
The hotel is poorly located, right next to a highway. Due to constant truck noise throughout the night, it was impossible to sleep peacefully.

Summary
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of service quality, professionalism, and transparency made it a thoroughly disappointing stay.

The price was 16$ with tax and stuff it was something like around 2300 bdt or what I saw in the website but they charged me 3200 bdt. Not recommend
