Very clean, comfortable, super location, decent breakfast, quick lifts
Everything was nice but we could hear the noisyness from outside.
Comfortable clean bed. Helpful nice staff. Hot water and functioning bathroom. Reasonable price for this location. Fridge and kettle clean and working. Iron and ironing board avaialble in room. Airport shuttle provided on request. It's better to request it 24 hours in advance. Bed net in room hanging from the roof over the bed was helpful.
If you are expecting the same four star experience in other regions, you are mistaken. Four stars here is more equivalent to 3 stars in other parts of the world. Big space between the edge of the balcomy door and the wall means access for too many mosquitoes into the room. Some light bulbs didn't work. One bedside table drawer doesn't close. Remote control battery needs changing. The electronic sign where you mention "do not disturb" or "please clean my room" wasn't working so i had housekeeping knocking on my door when i was resting. Carpet was dirty and hasn't been washed or properly cleaned in a long time. The nice staff, comfortable bed and central location compensated for the negative points and were the reason i stayed.
Room was very comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly, and food was great.

This was my third stay at Lakeshore Heights, and each time it just gets better!
The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Sumptuous breakfast buffet - vast selection of local and international items to choose from.
The team are incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make me feel at home. Many thanks to Sagor, Saquieb, Priyanka and everyone at Lakeshore Heights - my home away from home in Dhaka.
The best boutique hotel in town - can't recommend it enough!
Food was below average. The staffs in the restaurant were great but food was just okay.
quality of food could have been better. Employees at the front desk for check ins were pushy and kind of over bearing. Wit very little idea of privacy. They were not sure if the payment was confirmed before and I told them that I can take a look but it will be a few hours as i just had a long flight and would love to shower first. I received 4 calls about the payment within 2 hours.

I likes everything
I stayed at Lakeshore Heights for around 9 days and enjoyed my stay. My room was nice, clean and modern; the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the room overall was very spacious.
The staff members were super helpful and accommodating on every occasion I interacted with them.
The hotel is in a convenient location with good dining options all around.
The complimentary breakfast had good options and good variety.
My major complaint was that there was no "Do not disturb" sign that I could put on the door so there were multiple occasions that housekeeping came in to my room while I was in the bathroom. I am not sure whether or not these signs are available in other hotels in Dhaka either but in my opinion they should really be standard everywhere. Every morning they came by asking if I had laundry which didn't seem necessary and was a bit bothersome when I was trying to rest. In hindsight I should have asked reception for a solution to this problem.
Despite these issues that I hope they address, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again; overall I found it great value for money.
