LaCabana is prime location,( short walk the beach, Supermarket, bus and/or taxi). All resort personnel are very courteous and helpful to make sure all your needs are taken care of. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

It was difficult to get around everything with all of the construction. We knew about it before we booked but it was very inconvenient when trying to get to restaurants.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel and even during their construction time the place was quiet and fun! So many shops, lots of swimming, we loved the room layout to have our own space, staff was very friendly and having such a beautiful beach right across the street was amazing, truly gave us a great vacation!

Although they were upgrading the pool we had an amazing room super close to the beach which is why we came. It was truly beautiful.

We were disappointed with the fact we didn’t have hot water for showers for 4 of the 7 days. The resort reminded us it’s a timeshare & they didn’t really care. After disputing they felt only $100 resort credit was acceptable which was a fraction of what we paid for one night. The prices at the timeshare for food, drinks, etc were so high & pricey we can’t afford to go there anymore. Further you could once get a palapa easily 10 years ago. Now you have to share with other resorts, the public & get there by 7:00 am. I like to sleep in on vacation but Aruba & Eagle beach are overbuilding, overcharging and is not small & charming like it once was. Places gave closed & even the locals were asking me if I see what they did 10 years later & I do . I am sorry to say this was my finale trip to La Cabana. It’s too overcrowded even during low season.

I also won’t even address the airport, rude people and 4 hour line & barely making flight. The airport is significantly worse too & overcrowded.

This finale trip broke my heart for an island and resort I visited over 6 times and left me very sad with what it has now become.

This was our 3rd vacation at La Cabana. It has everything you need Easy to get a taxi into town. Beach service was great. Lack of chairs and shade at pool.

The property is very nice and a quick 5 minute walk to the grocery store. The beach is clean and right across the street with complementary chairs to use. The downside of the property is a late check in of 4p.m. and an early checkout of 10a.m. Most activities on the property cost money.
