Nice place to stay.
Pros:

The Happy Hour music and drink specials are great.

Cons:

Although signs are CLEARLY posted that beach chairs cannot be reserved/left unattended for more than one hour but attendants allowed it anyways. We would go down to the beach every day at 9 am and there would be dozens of chairs with towels or bags on them but no one would show up until 11 am. They would leave then come back hours later.

LaCabana is prime location,( short walk the beach, Supermarket, bus and/or taxi). All resort personnel are very courteous and helpful to make sure all your needs are taken care of. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

It was difficult to get around everything with all of the construction. We knew about it before we booked but it was very inconvenient when trying to get to restaurants.

Pros:

My friends and I stayed at this hotel and even during their construction time the place was quiet and fun! So many shops, lots of swimming, we loved the room layout to have our own space, staff was very friendly and having such a beautiful beach right across the street was amazing, truly gave us a great vacation!
