Recibí un WhatsApp que utilizaba el logo del hotel y conocía mis datos personales, los detalles y el importe exacto de mi reserva. Me exigíanEstafa con los datos de mi reserva. Advertencia a futuros huéspedes. pagar inmediatamente para no perderla, y fui víctima de una estafa de más de 700 dólares.

En recepción me informaron que les había sucedido lo mismo a numerosos huéspedes. El hotel y Booking dieron explicaciones contradictorias sobre el origen de la filtración de datos, sin asumir responsabilidades.

Considero muy importante advertir a otros viajeros sobre esta grave falla de seguridad.

Excellent stay near Salzburg. Perfect location close to Salzburg with easy bus access right outside. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Super convenient to have a Billa supermarket just around the corner as well.

Cons:

The breakfast felt a bit pricey for us, and it would have been great to see a simpler, more affordable option for the kids. Also, please note that there is no air conditioning, which is worth keeping in mind if you visit during a warm period.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, non in centro ma con fermata comodissima per l’autobus ( danno gratis la mobilità card) che in 5 minuti è in centro. Camera spaziosa e comoda. Ottima colazione con prodotti bio locali e fatti in casa (dell’hotel a 2 minuti). Comodo parcheggio
