Nos encantó la buena atención, la excelente energía y vibra de todo el staff, muy educados y respetuosos. La habitación fue impecable (de los mejores sitios en donde me he quedado), destacó el buen espacio y ventilación natural de la habitación. La ubicación es ideal.

Pros:

En términos generales, el hotel es muy bueno, con una ubicación excelente y un personal sumamente servicial. Al llegar, te reciben con una cálida bienvenida y te ofrecen agua, café, jugo y aromática. La relación precio–calidad es excelente, y se valora mucho el esfuerzo del equipo por brindarte una estadía placentera.

Está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, a unas cuatro cuadras de la plaza principal de Villa de Leyva. Dispone de amplio parqueadero y agradables zonas comunes. El desayuno tipo americano es bueno.

El administrador siempre está presente y atento a resolver cualquier inquietud, así como a orientarte sobre actividades y lugares para visitar en el sector. La habitación es cómoda y amplia, con baño en buen estado, agua caliente, excelente presión y todo en buen estado.

Cons:

Hay algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar la experiencia en el establecimiento, como prestar mayor atención a la limpieza de la habitación en cada entrega, realizar ajustes técnicos en las puertas para que cierren con facilidad y sin ruidos, e instalar cortinas que ayuden a reducir la entrada de luz en las mañanas.
