Agradable y cómodo.
Pros:

El baño, super limpio siempre con el jabon y el papel necesarios y amplio y luminoso y muy cómodo. Además la atención de las personas. Super cordiales y el desayuno no se demoraba nada. ¡Todo muuuy bien! La cama muy comoda y el aseo siempre hecho a tiempo. Y la habitación tenía bastante luz.

Great quality/price ratio
Pros:

The room size for three people is more than enough, with comfy beds and it is quite to get good sleep. It is relatively close to the main square with a walk of around 10 mins.
The staff was very friendly and helpful (just one lady at the main desk was kind of having a bad day).
Underground parking is very convenient.
We forgot a device at the hotel and the staff was very helpful: it was sent asap to Bogota. Thanks for that!

Cons:

No possibility to pay with card, making the stay for foreign visitors more difficult, giving the only option to go to an ATM :)
The breakfast is very very limited, no alternatives.
The parking situation might make you wake up earlier than desired.
