Cheap, cockroaches and no bathroom sink. Noisy.
Pros:

Good location,.close to embassies. Progati street.

Cons:

Very conservative place, this is however informed before booking. They do not want couple that are not married.

Mostly conservative muslims operating and living there.
I dont mind as i have friends worldwide in all religious beliefs.

I can tell however they do not think particurarly about me as a western free thinker.
This is all minor discomfort compares to next point.

I got a room close to where the staff and management sleeps.
They tried to do their best in disturbing sleep.
I have multiple tricks how to deal with this, but beware if you are a light sleeper and hoping for a quiet stay.

This is not the place for you!

Also no food available even if they call it a "hotel"

Lastly i tried to.use Hdmi for tv on the room, not working. I got a.new tv of the same brand. Exactly the same.
Now i have left and tried my gear on another tv, and it works great.

Good budget Hotel, I'm just not too much into Gulshan. Prefer Dhanmondi

Cons:

As per the online shows room they offered another room. I booked a family room with a tv facility, three beds with one double bed system, but the hotel authority provided us with a small room with only two double bedrooms without tv & ac facility.The wash room lock is missing (no soup, no teeth brush, no paste provided also there is no slipper for wear). Overall cleaning was poor for beds, blankets and others. Also the behavior from the hotel authority was very poor.

Good Hotel to stay for Embassy Purpose
Pros:

Location : Perfect location near to the German embassy.
Room : Quite decent (Single room)
Service and Behaviour : Very Good
Flexible Checkout : Flexibility allowed me to check out at 1 PM instead of 11 AM.

Cons:

Room cost and environment : Single room cost 1500 (non-ac). Quite a lot with heavy road traffic noise.

Bad hotel Don't stay
Pros:

The room wasn’t clean and the Ac Doesn't work. They Didn't provide me the booking.com room which i booked by seeing the picture. The bed sheet wasn’t clean at all. They Didn't provide any room service.
