Pros:

The location is perfect and personnel is very nice and supportive

Cons:

The amount of mosquitoes in rooms is insane. All night fighting against fkng mosquitoes! + Floors are dirty, rooms require capital cleaning. Walls are too thin, you hear all noises and people's conversations.
