Very disappointing experience overall!!!!!
We were promised a complimentary fruit basket, but it was never provided. Even after informing the staff, there was no response or attempt to resolve the issue, which shows poor service and lack of responsibility.
The morning buffet was also poorly managed. Food items were not properly refilled, leaving guests unsatisfied.
Worst of all, there was clear overcharging. A Coca-Cola priced at 70৳ was charged at 100৳, and a 35৳ water bottle was charged at 50৳. This kind of price manipulation is unacceptable and feels unfair to guests.
Overall, the service quality does not match basic hospitality standards. Serious improvement is needed in both management and customer care.

Everything was good, the restaurant and food was superb. The rooms were great.
The bathrooms need upgrading
Restaurants were in the 1st floor and we stayed on the 2nd floor so I liked that bit about this hotel
I think it’s the location
Overcharged for the airport shuttle. Paid cash and expected credit at checkout, but wanted to charge three times for the shuttle back to the airport. Had to arrange my own transportation. Breakfast was supposed to be hot and warm, but it was cold for a couple of days. They refused to give credit for transportation I have paid for, like they said they would at checkout
To begin with, when I called from the airport upon arrival, they were unsure I had a reservation, so I had to tell them I had a booking through Booking.com. I had sent emails and messages for the shuttle and arrival time prior to my departure. Had to call them for a shuttle. They sent Uber, asked me to pay, and will credit my account. So, it wasn't a pleasant situation. Basically, their property on the road has a lot of potholes, and the entrance isn't like it shows in the picture. Driver had hard time finding the place. The airport shuttle was supposed to be free accoring to there website.
Only positive was the staff , they were friendly and went the extra mile to help.
Unfortunately, the room was not up to standard. The toilet door didn’t close properly, the room was not clean, and basic amenities like disposable slippers were missing (something you’d expect from any decent hotel).
