The staffs were annoying, not professional at all, the man at the reception has no decency. And ill mannered. Knows nothing about how to talk to the guests.

এদের আচার ব্যবহার খারাপ। গতকাল রাতে রিসিপশনে আমার সাথে খারাপ ব্যবহার করছিলো, জানোয়ারের বাচ্চারা, আমি ২ দিনের রুম বুকিং দিসিলাম বুকিং ডট কম থেকে, আর এ মাদারচোদ রা ২ দিনের টাকা রেখে ১ দিন পর যখন আমার হোটেল রুমের আরো কিছু ঘন্টা বাকি ছিলো তবুও অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারন বসতো চেক আউট করতে গেলাম, এবার বলে আরো ১ দিনের টাকা নাকি পে করতে হবে। এর যদি কোনো সমাধান থাকে জানাইয়েন, আমি এর শোধ তুলবোই লাগে আমার আরো বেশি টাকা খরচ হলেও 🤬 খুব খারাপ অভিজ্ঞতার সম্মুখীন হলাম বলার মতো না!

Sea Shell residence charged 17,500 Taka, whereas booking.com offered 16749 Taka. They took money from me over the exchange rate of US dollars whereas booking.com offered me to pay local currency.
