安心して泊まれるホテル
Pros:

レセプションのメンバーが、とてもよく気がつき、快適に過ごせた。
1泊目は水はけが悪く、また部屋が暗かったので、翌日からの部屋の変更をお願いしたが、とても明るい。私の希望通りの良い部屋を用意してくれた。
ボーイも親切で、大通りまで出て、リキシャーの交渉までしてくれた。
空港までの迎えも、制服を着たボーイが来てくれて、安心して乗車できた。
迎えは3000タカで少し高いが、それなりの価値があった。

senza infamia senza lode. albergo classico, da cui partire per un giro ad anello per Dacca (che ha giusto 4/5 cose da vedere), ottimo per 1-2 notti. camera grande, pulita e comoda, si sente il traffico che passa. 1 finestra sigillata. personale cordiale e affabile. colazione ok e cena ok grazie al ristorante integrato. hai sempre un drink di benvenuto.

The staff are very helpful. They let me stay longer after check out time because of my flight. The rooms are nice and they give you fruit and coffee and tea.

Очень приветливый доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовы были помочь и посоветовать по любому вопросу, за это им огромное спасибо! Встретили нас в аэропорту с табличкой с нашими фамилиями, организовали обратный трансфер. По приезду угостили свежевыжатым соком, а в номер принесли бесплатные фрукты. Так как наш обратный рейс был поздно вечером, нам сделали бесплатный late check-out. По нашей просьбе организовали интересные обзорные экскурсии по городу с водителем-гидом. Номер очень комфортный, чистый, сантехника новая, всегда была горячая вода, в номере чайник, бесплатные кофе, чай, сахар, питьевая вода в бутылках, шампунь, гель для душа, мыло, зубные щетки, зубная паста, туалетная бумага, тапочки. Кондиционер, телевизор и сейф в номере, а также лифты на верхние этажи работали исправно. Номер аккуратно убирали каждый день. Wi-Fi стабильно работал в номере и на всей территории отеля. В отеле есть кофейня и хороший недорогой ресторан с блюдами местной, китайской и европейской кухни - удобный вариант для ужина. Завтрак был прекрасный, шведский стол: сок, чай, кофе, яичница, тосты, джем, мёд, фрукты, сосиски, различные местные блюда и даже десерт фалуда. Есть возможность поменять валюту на местные деньги. В отеле круглосуточная охрана. В округе масса магазинчиков и ресторанов. Общее впечатление прекрасное, цены разумные, поэтому если еще раз доведётся приехать в Дакку, то без сомнений выберем именно этот отель.

Улица шумная, с очень активным трафиком, что свойственно всей Дакке.

Pros:

Hotel The Capital is exceptional. The rooms are absolutely fabulous and comfortable. The staff is superb and their help is outstanding. Especially if you are coming first time to Bangladesh they give helpful advice and recommendations and help with any queries. This hotel is best. When I will come back to this fantastic cit, I am sure I am going to stay at Hotel The Capital Ltd again. This is a great place to stay!

Good breakfast portions!

Cons:

There was trash left outside my room, which gave the property an unclean and neglected feel.
I noticed mold present on the walls, which is both unpleasant and concerning for health.
The noise levels were extremely high — reaching up to 80 decibels even at night — making it very difficult to rest or sleep.

Welcoming personnel and clean
Pros:

The location and the personnel were great. It was clean and confortable. The breakfast was delicious. They upgraded me to a bigger room.

Cons:

Despite not having a window, it was a bit noisy but with earplugs, it was fine. The room could use new painting but for the price, I can’t complain.

Gutes Hotel, mit einem fairen Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal was gut englisch spricht. Das Restaurant ist auch empfehlenswert, ich habe dort zweimal gegessen.

Pros:

口コミを見て、レイトチェックアウトが出来そうなので予約。事前にメッセージにてレイトチェックアウトが可能なのか問い合わせ、可能との事。実際追加料金なしで18時過ぎまでお部屋を使わせて頂いた。空港へ向かう前にシャワーも浴びる事ができ良かった。
お部屋は広くて綺麗で箱ティッシュ（しかも香り付き）があった事に感動。海外ではなかなかないので。

Cons:

シャワーの温度調節がちょっと難しかった。
でもお湯はしっかり出たので良かった。
