Cons:

The location and surrounding area of the hotel, including the road leading to it, were dirty and full of garbage. The check-in process was not smooth, and the check-out time was not followed as per Booking.com’s policy. At the time of check-out, we had to wait for confirmation from housekeeping that the room was cleared, which I have never experienced before.
