Great airport stopover with lots of nearby amenities
Pros:

Simply wonderful. A great room with comfortable bed and bathroom, and superb staff! An easy ride to the airport, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Very well presented and the restaurant is superb! Lovely breakfast. Thank you so very much for a terrific stay❤️

Pros:

The staffs are good

Cons:

The hotel needs to pay much more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. There were stains on several items, which gave a poor impression of hygiene. The maintenance standards were not satisfactory at all.

Initially, we were assigned a room where the washroom did not have a shower, and the washroom door lock was stuck. Even the staff were unable to open it with a key. As a result, we had to be shifted to another room, which was quite inconvenient.

Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. In the new room, the telephone was not working, and we had to call a staff member to come and fix it. This further highlighted the lack of proper maintenance and room checks before assigning rooms to guests.

Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed was very poor and unreliable. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, and repeated issues with basic facilities.
