ça restera un très bon souvenir. Je recommanderai votre établissement à des compatriotes.
Pros:

Grand choix au petit-déjeuner. Très bon service, attentif. Bel emplacement.
Personnel très compétent à la réception : bons conseils, aide précieuse pour un problème de mon portable bloqué.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas la chance d'eau dysfonctionnement une seule serviette pour la douche je me suis rendu à la réception j'ai fait la remarque gentiment j'avais l'air de les déranger aucune excuse de leur part avec un ton hautain je n'ai pas dutout aimer sa façon de me recevoir contrairement ou plagistes est serveur de la restauration était très jentille

For the price I paid, it's literally a scam. The awarded stars and the rating are very misleading.
Pros:

I liked the receptionist since he offered me 3 additional rooms to choose from when I asked. They also offered us lemonade while we waited for check-in procedures. The door keeper and the main reception staff were polite.

Cons:

When we arrived, the hotel was hidden behind another hotel, and the road in front was in bad condition. The hotel sign looked old and not maintained, and the parking was not organised properly. The furniture in the reception hall was old and a bit dirty the same as the bar. The halls were a bit damp and had a humidity and cigarette smell, and the walls were not so clean. The halls near the rooms had barely any air conditioning. The rooms were full of mosquitos. In my room, the toilet flushing button was malfunctioning, and I had to fiddle with it to make the water stop. In my parents' room, the trash can in the bathroom was not emptied when we arrived. The mattress was hard and a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the cabinet and the fridge inside weren't that clean.
The included breakfast buffet was the most disappointing since the food was mediocre, and warm dishes were cold, the coffee was watery and tasted bad, but the most annoying is the buffet staff that kept arguing between each other, they tried to pick plates am still eating from and argued they do it slowly to give me time to say no!!! A waiter I asked to give me a clean cup sent me across the room to fetch it myself, telling me I could ask someone else if i wanted... The poached eggs were rancid and blueish inside, and the bread toasting machine was missing the third day. There were barely any events in the hotel and it goes quiet by 10 pm.
The experience left me wondering how this hotel rated that high and how it keeps its stars...
