Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The villa was stunning, spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering every comfort we could have wished for. The privacy, tranquility, and luxurious atmosphere made our vacation truly unforgettable.
The hotel itself exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from the very first moment.

The resort is located only a couple of minutes from Naxos Airport in a busy part of the island. Rather than enjoying expansive views or a secluded setting, the hotel sits in a low-lying basin surrounded by hills, creating an oddly enclosed, almost claustrophobic atmosphere. A busy road runs directly above the property, with a constant flow of traffic and clear views into the resort from passing cars.
That lack of privacy defines the entire experience.
Almost every "private" outdoor space—including the plunge pool suites—is fully exposed to anyone walking nearby. There is virtually no separation between neighboring patios, and many of the outdoor areas feel like one large communal courtyard rather than individual luxury accommodations.
Our room illustrated this perfectly. On the entry side was a row of plunge pools, while the other faced a decorative water feature surrounded by roughly a dozen other patios, each with its own single-person jacuzzi. A pathway ran directly through the middle of this area and was regularly used by hotel staff transporting luggage, while guests frequently walked through as well. Along the top side of the water feature area was yet another row of plunge pools. Whether or not that bothers someone personally, it highlights just how little privacy exists between supposedly exclusive spaces.
The overall design feels baffling for a five-star luxury property. There are no communal swimming pools. Instead, every room has its own plunge pool or jacuzzi, but they're all positioned together in what effectively becomes a shared outdoor environment. I could imagine this concept working for a wellness retreat or a group retreat where everyone knows one another. For an expensive luxury resort that typically draws couples seeking privacy and relaxation, it simply doesn't work.
The room itself was very modern and well finished, and many guests will appreciate the contemporary design.
Location seemed a bit strange - your driving along and a hotel just pops up out of nowhere. Nice facilities and workable outdoor gym.
Front desk staff insisted on a tip when checking out. Very odd.
What a fantastic hotel. The staff were lovely, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. They were especially sweet with our toddler daughter and made her feel incredibly loved and included, which meant a great deal to us.
The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The food was consistently good, and the location was ideal: just a short drive from Naxos Town and all the main attractions. One of our favourite moments each evening was sitting at the bar overlooking the lagoon, with the town and hills in the background. It was an incredibly romantic setting.
Honestly, very little. If we had one complaint, it would simply be that we wish we'd booked a longer stay.
An absolutely gorgeous and unique property in a spectacular location. Top notch hospitality - Koralia was our concierge, and she was outstanding. They reached out to us months in advance to assist us in planning and proceeded to help us book reservations, excursions, meals, and beach days. They arranged champagne on ice and a delicious homemade cake (with candles!) to be in our room when we arrived for our anniversary. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful setting overlooking the mountains and beach. Our room was beyond expectation - we were on a large corner of the property with a private pool and large patio with sun loungers, sofa, and dining table. The two sofas were set as beds for our children.
We were so sad to leave this special place, it is truly exceptional, from the service and hospitality to the facilities and views!

Laguna Coast Resort is a little piece of heaven on earth. This resort has the most luxurious rooms, exceptional staff and food and drink to sing about. No hesitation in recommending one of the best stays in Europe.

I would recommend a heated pool option. Perhaps solar a heater so guests can use the pool most of the year.
Just a beautiful place and wonderful people. They’ve really thought the experience through and it is well-staffed. Electric bikes are available to ride to the beach and around town. The driver will take you in the hotel car wherever you want to go and also is available to pick you up at the airport when you arrive.
the cocktails at the bar are extremely expensive. The bartender Ivan is great though. Dinner on the roof was very windy and cool and food just okay.
