The hotel is beautifully designed for enjoyable times. It is an ideal destination for families seeking the utmost comfort and beauty. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. It also boasts a diverse culinary scene from upscale restaurants serving the most delicious Tunisian and international dishes. Honestly, it's complete and limitless luxury. There are entertaining activities and events suitable for all family members throughout the day.

I would like to share a few observations regarding my stay, with the hope that they will be taken into consideration to maintain the high standards of your hotel:
​Parking Availability: Due to the high occupancy, the main parking area was full, and I was directed to park behind the hotel. This was somewhat inconvenient, and I hope more accessible solutions can be provided for guests.
​Air Conditioning System: I noticed that the AC control system was restricted. In a premium hotel of this caliber, guests expect full autonomy over the room temperature. Personally, I prefer a very cold environment for a comfortable sleep, which I couldn't achieve. Whether this restriction is for energy saving or seasonal settings, it significantly impacts the guest experience.

Chambre mal équipée (pas de porte serviette, ni sèche cheveux, ni télécommande). Personnel froid. Maitre nageur incompétent, difficilement reconnaissable et pas sympathique (préfère fumer dans le couloir plutôt que de surveiller à l’intérieur de la piscine).

Zentral gelegen, das Omelette beim Frühstück war geniessbar.

Cons:

Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck,
die meisten Balkontürschlösser kaputt, erst der 3. mir zugewiesene Raum liess sich komplett verschliessen, aber die Toilette war kaputt.
Vor Ort wurde mehr abgerechnet, als von Booking.com dargestellt. Eine Rechnung wurde nur widerwillig erstellt.
Der Raum war nicht sauber, es gab keinen Fön und überall waren Ameisen.
Es ist laut. In der Nacht wurde im Nachbarraum gefeiert, während die Kinder auf dem Korridor gepielt und herumkrakeelt haben, Türen wurden geknallt. Der Fahrstuhl hat die ganze Nacht Alarm gegeben, ich dachte erst ich hab n Tinnitus.
Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich, Geschirr dreckig, Gläser schmierig, standen über Kopf in einer Lache aus Abwaschwasser, Tische nicht gewischt, Tischsets mit sonstwas verschmiert.
Der Roomservice kassiert am Vormittag die Handtücher ein, sehr viel später Nachmittags werden dann neue gepracht. Gut überlegen, wann man duscht!!! Als ich mein Zimmer danach wieder betrat stand meine Balkontür offen. Nix für schwache Nerven.
DAS war das mit Abstand schlechteste und unfreundlichste Hotel, das ich je hatte.
Der Strand ist völlig verdreckt und es stinkt im Hotel extrem nach Chlor.

Een verouderd hotel dat dringend aan vernieuwing toe is, Eten is maar gewoon niet veel keuzes en steeds bijna hetzelfde, kamers valt mee meer 2 sterren, personeel niet erg vriendelijk en animatie ook niet echt ....niet zo erg vrolijk energie is ook alles behalve maar wel super
luide muziek....ik ben al in veel hotels geweest maar spijtig genoeg hier niet meer..
