Hotel je pěšky kousek od centra což je příjemné.A pozitivum také je,že tím ,že se tam nepodává jídlo tak je v hotelu kli

Hotel Cabana White je vlastně takový malý sourozenec hotelu Cabana Blue.Jsou od sebe vzdálené cca 5 minut chůze což není žádný problém,akorát se o tom nikde nedočtete.Do Cabana Blue se tedy chodí na jídlo a k bazénu.
Personál je milý,jídlo výborné.
Úklid v hotelu Cabana White byl velmi rychlý.

Cons:

Zaplatila jsem za pokoj s přímým vstupem do bazénu.No pokud jste vyššího věku a nemáte horolezecký výcvik tak jsou to vyhozené peníze.
Vstup je dost nebezpečný,ale o tom se taky nedočtete.
A ještě mně překvapilo,že v 5* hotelu po mně chtěli 3€ za lahev vody v hotelovém baru.Ta by snad měla být na pokoji automaticky když je tam kávovar.
Zatím to tak všude kde jsme byli fungovalo.

Insgesamt leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit schöner Lage, aber deutlichen Mängeln bei Service, Sauberkeit und Org
Pros:

Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut und das Hotel insgesamt angenehm ruhig. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war größtenteils freundlich. Die Anlage selbst ist schön gestaltet und bietet grundsätzlich eine entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Leider gab es für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sehr viele negative Punkte. Mehrere Tage bekamen wir keine frischen Handtücher, obwohl ich mich mehrfach beschwert hatte. Als Wiedergutmachung erhielten wir lediglich eine sehr günstige Weinflasche, was angesichts der wiederholten Probleme eher enttäuschend wirkte.

Der private Pool war nicht besonders sauber, an der Decke gab es eine sichtbare Beschädigung und beim Duschen stand regelmäßig das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser. Der Zugang zum privaten Pool ist außerdem sehr unpraktisch und besonders für ältere oder weniger bewegliche Personen schwierig. Zusätzlich muss man aufpassen, sich nicht den Kopf zu stoßen.

Das Essen war geschmacklich nur durchschnittlich und der Service im Restaurant langsam. Man wartete teilweise lange auf die Getränkebestellung und benutzte Teller standen lange auf dem Tisch.

Die Sauna sollte laut Beschilderung ab 10 Uhr geöffnet sein, war während unseres Aufenthalts jedoch kein einziges Mal geöffnet. Im Spa war kaum Personal anzutreffen und das Fitnessstudio ist klein und nur mäßig ausgestattet.

Am enttäuschendsten war unsere Abreise. Die Managerin sagte uns ausdrücklich zu, ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu organisieren, ging anschließend jedoch einfach, ohne uns weiter zu informieren. Nach etwa 30 Minuten wurde uns gesagt, dass kein Taxi kommen würde und wir möglicherweise unseren Flug verpassen könnten. Am Ende mussten wir mit unserem Gepäck zu einer etwa zehn Minuten entfernten Bushaltestelle rennen, weil der Bus bereits wenige Minuten später abfuhr.

Ich habe bereits in vielen 5-Sterne-Hotels auf der ganzen Welt übernachtet und kann den Standard daher gut vergleichen. Für mich gehört dieses Hotel leider zu den enttäuschendsten in dieser Kategorie. Im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels würde ich es nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Bene, ma non benissimo!
Pros:

“Succursale” della struttura principale che è il Cabana Blu, dove sono presenti ristoranti, i principali bar e le 2 piscine più grandi, ma ad una distanza davvero irrisoria che volendo si può coprire facendosi accompagnare con la navetta messa a disposizione dalla struttura. La piscina principale merita una menzione per il relax che si vive (solo adulti ammessi) e per la comodità dei lettini/materassi di cui dispone. Tra i servizi ottimo quello relativo alla loro spiaggia privata. La struttura è abbastanza nuova, le camere sono belle, curate nel design e dotate (almeno la nostra) di una doccia a pavimento molto spaziosa. Letto comodo, innovativo sistema di controllo dell’illuminazione della camera touch, graditissima bottiglia di benvenuto di vino, cesto di frutta e 2 simpatici cappelli. Al momento del check out ci è stata regalata una simpatica box con prodotti tipici.
Buona e tranquilla la posizione vicina al centro di Kardamena (probabilmente la migliore zona dove alloggiare a Kos).

Cons:

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, superficiale e distratta. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato polvere, le lenzuola ci sono state cambiate solo una volta in 6 giorni su esplicita nostra richiesta, le tazze e i cucchiaini sporchi non sempre venivano sostituiti, ci siamo trovati a dover chiedere di fornirci il tappetino del bagno o la bottiglia d’acqua che non venivano quotidianamente reintegrati.
La nostra camera era dotata di vasca jacuzzi esterna, che tuttavia abbiamo utilizzato solo due volte: l’acqua era verdastra (ci è stato detto che era normale, poiché depurata dal mare), la vasca non era ben pulita, il pavimento circostante era sempre allagato a partire dal nostro arrivo (quando ancora non eravamo mai entrati). Inoltre dalle foto presenti su Booking la jacuzzi sembra trovarsi su un balcone, quindi su un piano alto, mentre in realtà si trova su un terrazzino al pianterreno poco battuto dal sole.
Inesistente inoltre la privacy della jacuzzi, poiché solo un muro non molto alto la separa dal terrazzino confinante, tralaltro ampiamente visibile da tutte le camere della struttura situate ai piani superiori.
Insonorizzazione della camera pessima, riuscivamo chiaramente a sentire tutto ciò che veniva detto fuori dalla porta (avevamo la prima camera vicina alla reception).
Qualità del cibo media, scarsa scelta. Ci è stata offerta una prenotazione gratuita per una sera ad uno dei loro ristoranti alla carta, abbiamo scelto quello di cucina mediterranea, apprezziamo l’impegno ma siamo italiani, quindi siamo abituati a standard molto più alti.
Infine, sebbene la maggior parte del personale sia stato attento e gentile, qualche elemento del ristorante principale e dei bar abbassa molto il livello, perché appare svogliato e quasi disturbato dalla presenza degli ospiti.

Pros:

Soggiorno fantastico, ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo momento. Lo staff gentilissimo, la prima sera abbiamo tardato a causa del volo e ci hanno fatto trovare comunque uno spuntino con due panini farciti, due banane e due drink di benvenuto. La camera era bellissima e molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, anche accappatoio e ciabatte da doccia. Le piscine a disposizione del Cabana blu erano molto belle e i lettini comodissimi. Il ristorante a buffet era abbastanza fornito, la qualità molto buona, soprattutto dolci e frutta, sorprendentemente anche la pizza. Formula all inclusive superlativa, possibilità di ordinare tantissime bevande fino a tarda sera, più un bar apposito per la merenda con menù dedicato.

Cons:

Uniche piccolissime note di demerito sono l'assenza di un dispenser di acqua nel buffet, per qualsiasi cosa bisognava comunque chiedere sempre ai camerieri, la pasta era spesso scotta e in un pentolone a parte diviso dai sughi che andavano poi aggiunti dopo, da italiano non è il top. La piscina privata fuori dalla camera era leggermente sporca, ma in complesso nessuna di queste cose ha rovinato il soggiorno, le due piscine a disposizione compensavano abbondantemente e si trovava tranquillamente qualcosa di buono da mangiare ad ogni pasto, e sempre vario.

Absolutely wonderful stay – one of our best hotel experiences ever!

We had an amazing stay at Cabana White and honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the very beginning, everything felt effortless, welcoming and exceptionally well organised.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and has such a relaxing atmosphere, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the combination of outstanding service, an excellent all-inclusive experience, and incredible food.

The food was absolutely exceptional – genuinely some of the best, if not the best, we have ever had at a hotel. There was always a huge variety of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious, fresh and beautifully prepared. We especially loved that every day there were also different Greek specialities, which gave us a chance to enjoy authentic local cuisine throughout our stay. Despite the wide selection, the quality was consistently excellent – there wasn’t a single meal that disappointed us.

The all-inclusive concept was excellent and definitely exceeded our expectations. It felt generous, well organised and high quality throughout our stay, rather than simply being about quantity. Together with the fantastic food, it made the whole holiday incredibly easy and enjoyable.

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay – extremely kind, helpful, attentive and accommodating. We were also given an early check-in and a late check-out, which made such a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy every possible moment of our holiday without any stress. We really appreciated these extra touches and the overall level of care.

Everything exceeded our expectations: the atmosphere, the service, the food, the all-inclusive experience and the entire stay. Cabana White made our holiday in Kos feel truly special.

We would return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Kos. A very easy 10/10.
