Pros:

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Staff were fantastic. Osama went out of his way to help me when my driver to Luxor was over an hour late. He is a real asset to this hotel.

The overall impression is excellent, nothing was unexpected. The staff wad very polite and helpful, the rooms were excellent and the the room cleaning remarkable, the reception staff very kind & very quick in responding to any request. Thanks to a remarkable management.

Comfortable and luxurious stay, with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Huge variety of any sort of food you could wish, at breakfast.
Exceptionally kind and helpful staff
Spacious and luxurious bedroom
Exceptionally good quality sheets and pillowcases (Egyptian cotton, I presume)
very helpful staff were:-Meena (receptionist), Mustapha (manager), Osama (porter), Asme (chambermaid)

Cons:

No English-speaking channel on the TV
No indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi in a single room. (This may be standard)
No facility to lounge by the side of the pool. Possibly due to the time of year, but for Europeans this counts as warm weather
