Pros:

The location and more clean but only the facility of international and local calls are not there even you will pay for it and the staff are so friendly

Very disappointing
Pros:

The location was ok.
Hotel was clean

Cons:

I paid for my room service.
Upon check out I was told by the receptionist that I hadn’t. Was told “No, you didn’t”.
Managers eventually came to offer me a free night to show me it’s better but after consideration I decided that’s not right. They are only doing that so I don’t rate them low.
Was given hardly any water. Had 4 phone calls instantly for the first hour on arrival just to check repeatedly the room was ok.
I will never be returning - even though it was going to be free!

I liked the hotel and the staff. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were fine.

Cons:

The hotel advertises pool view rooms, but actually, it is not their pool; it is a sports club next to them, and it is super annoying, especially in the morning. The breakfast was bad; it's not worth paying for. Their own pool is so small, more like a kids' pool not an actual pool

This property does not meet the standards expected of a 5 star hotel. It was difficult to find staff to assist with luggage, and the hotel entrance was located some distance from the main entrance, which was not clearly indicated in the photos or description.

Both the room and the bathroom were below expectations and did not reflect the quality typically associated with a 5 star property. In my opinion, they would struggle to meet even four-star standards.
