حبيت أشكر بشكل خاص منير وأسامة وروات على تعاملهم الراقي واهتمامهم بالتفاصيل، كانوا جدًا متعاونين وخلّوا التجربة أجمل.
بصراحة فندق يستاهل الزيارة، وأكيد برجع له مرة ثانية

Pros:

Super propre et très bon emplacement. Pas très loin de la gare de train.
Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
Rewan à la réception le jour du check out à été très agréable.
Abanoed et Ahmed nous ont aussi très bien accueilli, ils sont souriant et avec beaucoup d'humour.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 17h00 et notre chambre n'était pas prête. On nous à dit d'attendre 10 minutes mais finalement nous avons attendu 1h dans le hall d'entrée.
Nous étions 3 dans la chambre et nous n'avions que 2 verres, 2 serviettes, 2 bouteilles, ...

The booking and check-in process were smooth, and the room matched the description. The view was even more enjoyable than expected.

However, the cleanliness fell below standard. On the first day, the bathroom had a noticeable smell of urine, with visible drips on the floor, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. I rinsed it myself using the bidet, assuming it would be thoroughly cleaned the next day.
Unfortunately, the situation worsened. The cleaner arrived without proper equipment and used unused towels to clean both the toilet bowl and the floor. I requested a proper cleaning using a translator and also contacted the front desk to emphasize the need for disinfectant. Despite this, the cleaner initially returned only with an air freshener.
I then went to the lobby to lodge a complaint. Mahmoud at the front desk was polite, apologetic, and responsive. He spoke with the head of housekeeping while I waited.
When I returned to the room, the same cleaner came back—this time with cleaning supplies but with a visibly poor attitude. Disappointingly, he still did not properly use the products and seemed to carry them only because he was instructed to do so.

Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5, primarily due to the cleanliness issues. The staff were generally good, the room was comfortable, and the restaurant experience was excellent—but the hygiene problems significantly affected the experience.
