Disapointed
Pros:

Toilet flash was not okay, wash basin was not properly cleaned, room was not properly cleaned but food was excellent as well as the staffs

Extremely unhealthy
Pros:

After checking in we found out the hotel stinks of smoke and mould. It was so filthy and not suitable for non smokers or with family.

Not to be recommended
Pros:

Location is very good and reception staff was nice.

Cons:

Definitely not a 4 star property. Unfortunately this was the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in my life. Bathtub was in such condition (almost black and full of hairs) that taking shower was out of question. I shortened my stay and had a hard time getting refund.
