Gute Lage

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strasse sehr laut. Frühstück gab es im Foyer, dort war es mega kalt. Ohne Jacke ging es nicht.

Very good stay thank you Juan!
Pros:

First of all I want to thank the receptiontionist Juan who helped me with everything and made my stay comfortable. First day I arrived, there was no hot water in the shower, but he changed me the room and day after helped me with usefull information regarding sightseing city. Thank you Juan once again!

PS breakfast is very good (specially fresh fruites)

La localizacion

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy viejas deberian hacer una reforma ya. No nos iban los enchufes, se salia el agua de la ducha…muy mal, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitacion y nos la cambiaron sin problemas afortunadamente.

Un hôtel qui se dégrade
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du receptioniste qui a tout fait pour rattraper l’inconfort de l’hôtel.

Cons:

- Le chauffage ne marchait pas ( on nous en a finalement apporté un portatif)
- 2 lampes ne fonctionnaient pas
- Pas de télécommande pour la télé ( on nous en a apporté une)
- 6h30 du matin on frappe à notre porte pour nous apporter un petit déjeuner qui
n’était pas pour nous.
- pas d’eau chaude dans l’après midi ( problème résolu toujours par le sympathique réceptionniste.
