Personnel très agréable
L’eau est tiède pas très chaude
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du receptioniste qui a tout fait pour rattraper l’inconfort de l’hôtel.
- Le chauffage ne marchait pas ( on nous en a finalement apporté un portatif)
- 2 lampes ne fonctionnaient pas
- Pas de télécommande pour la télé ( on nous en a apporté une)
- 6h30 du matin on frappe à notre porte pour nous apporter un petit déjeuner qui
n’était pas pour nous.
- pas d’eau chaude dans l’après midi ( problème résolu toujours par le sympathique réceptionniste.

Personnel très désagréable ! On vous tire la gueule dès votre arrivée et on sent bien qu'on les derange
Endroit hyper mal isolé, on entend tout ce qui se passe, les enfants qui jouent/crient, les gens qui baise au dessus, a partir de 6h vous serez réveillé par le bruit qu'il y a au petit déjeuner.
Si vous avez réussi à vous rendormir, la réception vous téléphone sur le téléphone de la chambre pour vous rappeler de venir déjeuner.
Je n'ai jamais vu ça nul part ailleurs en plus de 30 pays visités.
Si vous voulez passer une bonne nuit, fuyez cet établissement. Même si bien côté sur Booking je vous conseille d'aller voir les commentaires Google récents.
It was clean and a good location for us, very close to Playa de Armes. Staff were very helpful
We had to ask to put hot water in, but not entirely surprising, as we seemed to be the only guests. It was on the entire time we stayed after that. Breakfast was quite early 6-8am, so no lie ins for us 😊

La cama
The service was friendly and generally excellent, e.g. I suffered altitude sickness and they brought breakfast up to the room and provided oxygen free of charge. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, close to the centre.
The cleaning was not great; something smelt bad (perhaps the sofa) and dirt came out of the air holes when the bubbles in the bath were activated. There was a lot of noise from the street at night even with the windows closed (it was the Virgen de la Candelaria, so perhaps this is not true all year round). Although the furniture was in good condition it was very old-fashioned and the hotel needs modernisation. Due to an inexperienced member of staff there was a mistake on checkout where we were charged too much money; when we queried this the price was lowered. It is probably possible to find a better price/quality ratio in Puno.

Ruime kamer, heerlijke bedden, ruime badkamer en heet water, airco die ook verwarmt. Roomservice en kamer wordt dagelijks opgeruimd.
Wel veel lawaai gedurende de hele nacht van toeterende taxi’s die her en der reizigers komen ophalen.
