Personalet i restauranten var flinke

Cons:

Den måde vi blev behandlet på, vi blev truet med at blive smidt ud af hotellet og vagter vil blive tilkaldt, grundet et problem mellem Numa og booking.com vedrørende antal af bookede personer, måtte betale 2x155 euro ekstra😡😡😡for opholdet.

Excellent hotel, but communication/ customer service could be improved.
Pros:

Great location- 5-10mins walk from the centre of town and at the same time very quiet. Room was beautiful and well equipped. Check-in was very easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately specified that we required anti-allergy bedding (my partner is highly allergic to feather/down) and this was not fulfilled until the day after check-in despite communication with the hotel.

Dies ist ein "Geisterhotel" ohne Menschen. Der Preis von über 200 Euro ist unverschämt. Für ein automatisiertes Hotel müsste dies max. 70 Euro Kosten. wir mussten mehrere Stunden länger warten, dass wir das Zimmer betreten durften. Da haben sie wahrscheinlich auch an Personal gespart. Wir müssten dafür eigentlich Geld zurück bekommen m

La habitación es estupenda, tal cual la imagen. Amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. No hay personal, se hace todo mediante una app pero es muy fácil e intuitiva.
Tienen taquillas gratuitas para dejar el equipaje antes y después de dejar la habitación.
