Great location. Lovely Staff.

Great location in bustling Alexandria. Lovely staff. Great breakfast and evening meals. Lovely balcony overlooking the main ancient Roman archaeological site of Alexandria

Il personale si è mostrato gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile. Hanno anche trovato il pane gluten free per me che sono celiaca. La stanza era enorme e molto pulita rispetto agli standard egiziani. Terrazzo molto bello

Cons:

Purtroppo le finestre non chiudevano bene ed entravano spifferi, l'aria condizionata non riusciva a scaldare la stanza (ma credo questo problema esista solo per pochi giorni invernali)

Très bon séjour dans un établissement très correct et pour un prix intéressant
Pros:

Accueil excellent, suite deux pièces pour quatre personne agréable, avec terrasse. Lits relativement confortables. Chambre propre. Petit-déjeuner oriental fabuleux. Emplacement parfait dans le centre, à deux pas du forum antique.

Cons:

La literie pourrait être plus confortable.
Un peu plus de gel douche et de savon si possible ne nuirait pas…

Excellent choice - we'd book again without hesitation!
Pros:

A real find... although in an old building the hotel was totally refurbished within the last 3 years, the suites are very spacious and we had a very large terrace. Good views given it's on the 10th floor including down to the Roman ruins. A dedicated elevator gets you up to the comfortable hotel from a rather run down entrance to the building so don't let that put you off!
The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good with great food and a nice terrace with views. Very convenient for the station, short walk to the sea front and relatively quiet.

Pros:

Get locations, 10 minutes to downtown and the beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We booked a suite that we had a bedroom and a sitting room that gave us more space. Reception is excellent, helpful and responsive. On checkout day, we were prepared packed breakfast which includes almost everything from egg to bread to fruit and juice. Good hospitality.

Cons:

The only thing is the environment around the building. The entrance of the hotel is on the ground floor of a very old building. It was a bit dark and a bit dirty. But considering in Egypt, most old buildings are like theset, so we are okay with it.

L’amabilité du personnel, la terrasse du petit déjeuner, le côté ancien de l’hôtel mais rénové.
Un personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

L’odeur de cigarette dans la chambre.
Le lendemain tout a été nettoyé et fait en sorte que l’odeur ne soit plus présente.
