Amazing hotel with perfect view
Pros:

The Executive Suite has the best view in all of Alexandria ... The attention to details by the hotel staff is the real Gem they do everything they can to make our stay memorable .. you can also use the new beach facilities at Rexos as a plus ... Special thanks to Youanna from the guest relations for all her efforts.

Hotel is a Fascinatiing place .. Montazah ,Trees , Green areas , Landscape , seaview, hospitality of Hotel Staff & All Reciption Personnel i remebered Mr. Mohamed Gamal and sorry if i didn’t remember other reciption paersonnels , they also treat with a good manners , decently ethics and transfer to you positive energy which make excellent vibes everywhere in place.

Pros:

The service was amazing especially a lady there called Youaana; she is a real role model in customer experience. I had a problem in the bathroom plumbing so she upgraded the room into an amazing suite (218 a real experience in itself in.m regards to the view; it is as if we were in the middle if the sea), free complimentary lunch and a late checkout. Huge thank you to Youaana. 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel was beautiful and exceeded my expectations.
The staff were excellent and very professional.

A special thanks to Nourhan at the reception — she was outstanding, and I believe the hotel is truly lucky to have her.

Also, Ahmed, the bellman, was extremely helpful and cooperative.

I will definitely come back again.
