All rooms overlook the beach. The view was superb from our balcony. We could see the beach, nearby hotels and the Montazah Palace. The Front Office staff was great and responded to all our needs. We were even invited to dinner on the house by the Customer Relations staff Yoanna who called us to check on our stay. Chef Elsayed Mohamed was super nice and had his staff prepare a wonderful dinner for the two of us as we celebrated our anniversary. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a huge variety of items to satisfy all tastes. They even had gluten-free items in the buffet. Chef Elsayed runs a very effective kitchen. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to make the hotel guests happy. The beach staff was very accommodating and responsive. Transportation is available upon request to move around in the Montazah Park. We will definitely stay at the hotel when we visit Alexandria in the future.
The hotel rooms and facilities need updating. We learned that the hotel will undergo renovations in the very near future.

Staff were very friendly including George and Yoana at the front desk. They were available to help all the time. We were able to get the golf cart any time to go to the front door of the Montazza and back to the hotel.
Please push the end time for breakfast to 11 am since most people sleep late during vacation. This is not a boot camp. Otherwise make the breakfast optional and reduce the room price by that amount.

Excellent Stay and Exceptional Hospitality
I had a wonderful experience at Palestine Almontazah Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, and the excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
A very special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. I would especially like to recognize Miss Youanna, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, and professional. She also kindly arranged a complimentary room upgrade for us, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture and made our experience even more memorable.
Miss Youanna’s warm personality and genuine care for her guests are a wonderful reflection of the hotel’s hospitality. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us.

Facilities need improvement
I had a really lovely experience at Palestine Hotel Montazah. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by the greenery and peaceful atmosphere of Montazah, with wonderful views that make the stay feel very special.
The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the hotel’s unique location, beautiful surroundings, and sense of history.
It was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable stay in Alexandria. I would be happy to visit again!
