Al nostro arrivo una signora delle pulizie ha fatto di tutto per accontentarmi dato che nella nostra camera non era presente il frigorifero e l'ha tolto da un'altra camera per darlo a noi poiché avevamo dei farmaci da riporre.
La possibilità di assistere agli spettacoli serali dell'hotel vicino (presso il quale eravamo ospiti a 9/2024)

Cons:

In ogni camera dovrebbe essere presente un frigorifero come riportato sul voucher della camera.
Ritirano tutti gli asciugamani alla mattina: al rientro dalla spiaggia dove si possono asciugare le mani prima di pranzo?

Pros:

La struttura dispone di una spiaggia molto bella, ma sinceramente è l'unica cosa piacevole.
Molto cortesi e disponibili il ragazzo della reception e il facchino.

Cons:

L'hotel è una grande struttura con un arredamento antiquato, ma abbiamo trovato sporco ovunque: lenzuola macchiate, asciugamani macchiati, la moquette inguardabile e molto sporca.
Nel bagno non esiste alcun comfort.
La qualità del cibo è piuttosto scarsa; quando siamo arrivati sul tardi ci hanno apparecchiato il tavolo su una tovaglia lurida dai clienti precedenti e siamo stati costretti a chiudere gli occhi e mangiare senza troppe storie..
Al bar ho tentato di bere qualcosa su un tavolo pulito, ma è stato un tentativo dall'esito fallimentare.
Davvero cortese il ragazzo della reception che si è prodigato a darci informazioni sulla città.
Molto molto gentile il facchino che ci ha portato le valigie in camera.

La chambre c’est vu sur jardin non vu sur mer, après il m’ont changé la chambre certes il y avait la vue sur mer mais consternant le mini bar. Il n’y avait pas dans je l’ai demandé 5 jours après il m’ont donné un qui ne fonctionne pas. Voilà

Très déçue par cet hôtel
Le seul point positif est que les chambres sont spacieuses.
En revanche, elles sont très mal équipées : pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de mini-frigo et plusieurs équipements de base manquent.
Concernant la restauration, c’était le pire point.
La nourriture était de mauvaise qualité et m’a rendue malade. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai pas.

Cons:

La qualité de la nourriture était très mauvaise et je me suis sentie malade après plusieurs repas.
C’est dommage, car cela a gâché une grande partie de mes vacances.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

There was no minibar in the room
The mid sheet was very dirty
The pillow was not comfort at all
There are only one towel for 2 persons
No room service
No cold beer
And the most important part, there is no internet

Hotel staff and facilities were great.
Pros:

The outdoor facilities such as the pool x 2, beach facilities were great, entertainment was also very popular among guests. They had plenty of activities for all guests including children. The Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a group and Manager did go out of his way to ensure our rooms were comfortable and did change them upon request.

Cons:

Some of the rooms were a bit small and outdated. During our stay some of the floors / rooms were being renovated so I am sure the rooms would be no doubt be upgraded with modern facilities. The rooms need to be equipped with hair dryer, iron and slippers.
