Hopeless Hotel, Location good, staff good
Pros:

Location is ok

Cons:

No towel, no kettle, torn bed linen, room smaller than shown in booking images.
Breakfast neither tea nor coffee nor water.
No intercom, no room service menu, such a hopeless hotel.
Lights not working.

Pros:

It is situated in a quiet place.

Cons:

Staffs were very rude, bad mannered. They don't have any professionalism.

Pros:

Room was clean. Washed towel, box tissue, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and toothpaste were provided. The room has working AC and TV. Breakfast was satisfactory. Very little noise comes from outside. Noone disturbs your stay.

Cons:

The baskets in the room and washroom were extremely dirty. It seemed like those baskets were never cleaned. They overcharged 70 taka saying dollar exchange rate is high but at that time it was not what they mentioned.
