Super and friendly
Pros:

Everything was perfect; the accommodation was spacious and clean, with a view of a quiet part of the city. The staff, in particular, were very kind and helpful – especially Miss Eli, who was very friendly and looked after our little baby as well.

Très bon accueil et très bon séjour ds une très belle ville de Salzbourg
Pros:

Merci à Eli pour sont aimabilite et sa gentillesse. Elle parlait en francais parfaitement et ça nous a facilité notre séjour. Ses deux autre collègues etait très gentils également. Le parking de l’hôtel était gratuit et il y avait une borne de chargement électrique. L’hôtel a mis à notre disposition les passes de transport pour se rendre plus facilement ds le centre. Nous étions une mère et une fille en vacance en Autriche.

Skvělá snídaně, na výběr ze všech způsobů vajec, spousta ovoce, dobré pečivo, uzeniny i jogurty. Ochotný, příjemný personál. Prostorný sprchový kout. Zastávka u hotelu. Zahrada a restaurace vedle hotelu.

Cons:

Studená voda tekla většinou horká, trvalo několik minut než se voda odtočila, nevím jestli to bylo způsobeno vysokými teplotami nebo kotlem v budově.

Muy buena!
Pros:

La atención del personal en recepción, muy amables. Nos dieron los pases de transporte gratuitos del autobús para llegar al centro de la ciudad lo cual resultó bastante practico para no utilizar el automóvil.

Cons:

El vidrio de la ducha permite el paso de la luz hacia la habitación así que si alguien hace uso del baño durante la noche molesta al que esta durmiendo.

Zvočna izolacija ni dobra. Predvsem je problem, če nekdo spusti vodo v kotličku v sosednjih sobah se zelo sliši. V pritličju je italijanska restavracija z vrtom, kar je moteče, če greš zgodaj spati.

Zweckmäßiges Doppelzimmer mit zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten. Klimaanlage bei den warmen Temperaturen. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Altstadt in 15 min Fußweg oder mit direkter Bushaltestelle Nähe Hotel sehr gut zu erreichen. Auf Wunsch werden Eierspeisen zum Frühstück frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Dusche sehr glatt - Rutschgefahr! Kleine Hotelbar, die aber nicht besucht ist. Der Aperol Spritz ist seinen hohen Preis leider nicht wert. Ich vermisse meinen Filterkaffee, bin kein Freund der modernen Selbstbedienungskaffeemaschinen.

I would definitely come back to Hotel Via Roma!
Pros:

One of the best parts of the hotel is the location! Quite neighborhood, right next to bus 5 stop, and the Italian restaurant next door. Plus, it is just a few stops from all the attractions in Altstadt. Room was very clean and large, especially for just one person. View from windows was of the peaceful mountains. Outside seating in the back was private and beautiful. Staff was super friendly—shout out to Gerard and Eli! Breakfast had buffet-style with cook to order eggs—shout out to Harjinder! I would definitely stay here again! (Plus, there was an air-conditioner for the days that were hot).
