Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es hat ewig gedauert bis das Wasser die eingestellte Temperatur hatte. Probleme gab es hier vor allem mit dem kalten Wasser. Wenn man kaltes Wasser einstellt, sollte auch kaltes Wasser herauskommen und kein heißes.

Excelente estadía en Salzburgo
Pros:

Habitaciones cómodas, con cocina equipada, cafetera express, tostadora, lavavajillas, horno etc.
Camas muy cómodas
Cenamos en restaurante de al lado, muy bien y conseguimos el parking gratis del hospedaje (lugares limitados aunque son bastantes)
Pases gratis para el transporte (pedirlo)

Cons:

La calefacción muy alta, no se puede regular pero abriendo la ventana estuvimos perfecto. Lo único que se gasta energía innecesaria

Pros:

La struttura si trova lungo una via principale ma un po' defilata dal centro ed è raggiungibile con una buona passeggiata di un paio di km. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile dietro l'hotel con pochi posti, condiviso con un ristorante italiano. Accoglienza gradevole e cortese. Camera datata ma enorme con diversi ambienti: due guardaroba, camera, due vani bagno uno con doccia, vasca, lavandino e bidet l' altro con lavandino e wc. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Camera da rinnovare.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sauber. Die Zimmer zum Hof bekommen den Geruch der Pizzeria nebenan ab. Die ist sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück ist gut. Personal freundlich.

Ein Kaffeebereiter im Zimmer wäre toll

Very goof breakfast in nice restaurant. Good selection of food and drinks, friendly staff.

Cons:

We had an emergency with our car so had to find quickly any hotel in Salzburg to accommodate family. I had to book 2 rooms as they didn't have room for 4 people. We arrived around 8.30pm. Rooms were nice and clean but there was very low temperature inside (estimate 15 degrees). I spoke with reception and they recommended to turn on Air conditioning what would help to heat up both rooms. As we were super tired we just fall asleep. Woke up in the morning just to find out that rooms as such were already heated to comfortable temperature by air conditioning, but bathrooms was very cold as central heating with radiators was still stone cold. I spoke with reception again about the issue, they just didn't want to acknowledge there is a problem saying that other guests were not complaining (?!). Lady on reception was friendly, I didn't want to argue with her as we were in a hurry again, so just paid remaining amount and left.

Would I recommend the hotel? If heating is OK or at least staff will acknowledge the problem and try to offer anything, then yes I would recommend it. Unfortunately due to the circumstances I was unsatisfied and can't give positive feedback.

Hotel mit guter Lage und sehr gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Gute Lage, Bus direkt vor der Haustüre oder zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten ins Zentrum.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen und Lachs.
Italienisches Restaurant im Hotel. Praktisch fürs Abendessen.

Cons:

Doppelzimmer war sehr klein, für zwei Nächte aber ausreichend.
Sauberkeit war nur in Ordnung. Boden ziemlich staubig.
Geruch vom Restaurant zieht durchs ganze Hotel.

Pros:

It was not too far from the Fort access and to the main squares

Cons:

The rooms are tiny and the shower area is separated by a glass partition from the room. A little uncomfortable when you're traveling with friends.
