Perfecta ubicación y personal amable
Pros:

La ubicación y la atención de todas las personas de recepción. Nos han ofrecido mucha ayuda.
Estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

Todo muy bien. El baño es un poco pequeño, pero ya es lo que esperábamos en relación al precio.

Bien placé et excellent rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé dans le centre de Puno, facilement accessible et au calme. La chambre est équipée et la literie est excellente. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais bon avec des fruits, œufs, jus et pain. Le personnel est très gentil, un grand merci à la dame qui m’a aidé à organiser une surprise pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint !

Excellent overall and would happily recommend
Pros:

Great location, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast. Would happily stay again.

Cons:

Nothing really - lots of stairs if you have a lot of luggage and wifi strength is variable depending on the location of the room. Rooms are a little tight if you have a lot of luggage but very clean and comfortable and more than adequate.

Está en el centro de la ciudad muy cercano a la zona de ambiente.
Nos dieron una habitación arriba muy luminosa.
El personal súper amable y atento dispuesto a ayudar para contratar excursiones o buscar taxi.

Cons:

(Hay que saber que hay unas escaleras muy empinadas, que a 3.800 metros de altitud cuesta subir).
Alguna vez hubo problema con el agua caliente, aunque luego se solventó.

Localização muito boa, funcionários atenciosos e deixaram guardarmos as bagagens sem custo.
Cama e quarto confortável, banheiro limpo

Cons:

O chuveiro não esquentou na noite.. tivemos que pedir para os funcionários para verificarem, mas após isso o chuveiro esquentou
