Personal sehr freundlich , Hotel schön und stylisch.

Cons:

Leider war es in den Zimmern kalt obwohl der Raumthermostat auf 23 Grad gestanden ist . Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es keine Butter .

Das Frühstück am 2 Tag war Katastrophe kein Brot Kaffeemaschine wurde am Vortag nicht gereinigt so Kahm immer die Meldung Maschine reinigen und man konnte keinen Kaffee genießen Frühstück war alles andere als brauchbar nur Katastrophe

Cons:

Customer service at the hotel , no tea or kettle, no phone to talk to front desk. It was like a hostel . Charged me for parking even I paid over 700 pound for 2 nights 2 rooms.

Die Lage ist gut, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbecken war dreckig, die Auswahl beim Frühstück war je nach Uhrzeit eher überschaubar.
