Muy amables empleados en especial en la recepción

Cons:

El sistema de agua, los baños, el poco personal, malos amenities y que solo renovaran toallas cada tercer día.

Entregan tarde la habitación por no tenerlas listas, y el checkout es muy exacta, adicional los baños tienen fuga en los lavamanos

Pros:

This place serves an important social service since otherwise the people from the south slums of Bogota could not possibly visit Villa de Leyva. The srevice is high in intentions but terrible in outcome. The breakfast coffee, wait for it, instant coffee (that should be illegal in Colombia)!. Water peessure dreadful. You have to pay a deposit so you don't steal the dreadful towels (as if), which tell you the type of customers they host. The wifi is excellent for Boyacá standards., though.
