Rent centralt hotel
Pros:

Flot og rent. God morgenmad med brød, æg, kaffe/te med mælk, frugt. Central beliggenhed

Cons:

Hotellet har slukket for varmen så der var rigtig koldt om natten og nede ved morgenmaden. Man kunne betale for at få varmet ens værelse…
Morgenmaden slutter allerede 8.30, det var tidligt for os, især da vi lige skulle vende os til altitude.

Pros:

Rigtig pænt og rent hotel. Stort badeværelse og god morgenmad. Lå meget centralt, gåafstand til restauranter og små indkøbsbutikker

Cons:

Det eneste negative ved hotellet var varmen. Der er slukket for varmen på hotel, og man skal betale for at få varmet ens værelse. Så der kunne godt være koldt om natten, og nede til morgenmaden

Buena estadía, podría ser excelente
Pros:

Está cerca a la plaza de armas de Puno, el desayuno es buffet, las habitaciones son abrigadoras, acogedoras y limpias.

Cons:

En la ducha el problema era la cantidad de flujo de agua (muy poca) y regular la temperatura de la misma ( muy caliente o muy fría).

Los bares que hay alrededor tienen la música bastante alta y se llega a escuchar en la habitación.

La localització excel.lent! El personal ens va ajudar a gestionar els tours.

Good location but heating and hot water lacking
Pros:

Friendly staff great location good breakfast and solid wifi

Cons:

Shower alternates hot and cold and room was cold. No heater. Plenty of blankets. Had to ask for toilet paper as room was not cleaned

Un buen hotel céntrico
Pros:

Está en punto céntrico de la ciudad te permite llegar rápidamente a todos los lugares de principales bancos restaurantes centro comercial, me ayudaron con los tours a un precio bueno con una buena agencia me recogieron del hotel y también me ayudaron con el transporte al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Es temporada de frío pero pude pedir mantas adicionales al cuarto también tienen un calefactores pero tiene un costo

Hôtel sans âme glacial et bruyant
Pros:

Emplacement proche de tout, petit déjeuner correct...certes, ce n'est pas très cher mais en comparaison avec dautres établissements au même prix, très déçus...

Cons:

Hôtel sans âme, pas ou presque pas d'eau chaude pour les douches, pas de débit
Pas de chauffage dans les chambres ( même en hiver à températures négatives)
Les chambres doubles sont majoritairement sur la rue : très bruyantes et éclairage urbain toute la nuit ...nous avons demandé à changer la 2ème nuit: chambres aveugles et malgré tout bruyantes

Very good
Pros:

Good size room and location, friendly staff. Wifi worked perfectly.

Cons:

We were 4 adults across 2 rooms and only once did one of us have a hot shower. As Puno is quite cold (as well as the rooms) it would’ve been nice to have warm/hot showers.
