Pros:

All good. Very helpful stuff, very polite (they ordered a taxi for us, and handled everything we needed).

Hotel aconchegante
Pros:

O hotel é bastante aconchegante, fica a disposição chá para os hóspedes, isso de noite, com frio é muito bom. Fácil acesso tanto para o lago como andar pela cidade.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, apenas deixar dica para os outros hóspedes: paguem a calefação a parte, principalmente se for inverno, faz a diferença. Os itens do café da manhã poderiam ser mais quentes.

Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is a big buffet and freshly prepared

Cons:

Our room on the first floor was right next to some kind of church or gathering place and the curtains are only thick ones. During the day it wasn't possible to get natural light into your room without having everyone looking at you. The room was very small and the paid heater made a lot of noise

Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy atento, la habitáculo muy cómoda, habia bebidas calientes a disposición todo el día, el desayuno rico. La habitación no tenía calefacción pero nos pusieron calefactor por S/. 10 adicionales.

Me tocó 4to piso y no tienen ascensor

Really nice, amazing staff, good location
Pros:

Staff is really helpful, doing an extra mile to help. Breakfast buffet really good. I used a baggage storage for two days for free. Great location.
