Nos hospedamos en este hotel y la experiencia fue realmente muy buena. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bien atendidos, y todo superó nuestras expectativas. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, las instalaciones estaban impecables y la ubicación resultó muy conveniente.
Lo que más valoramos fue la comodidad y la tranquilidad que se respira en el lugar, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, es un hotel al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente.

The room we had was spacious and clean.
Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water.
Location was really good, just a 2 min walk to the main plaza.
After falling ill, we stayed two additional nights at the same nightly rate as our three night stay. This was arranged with no fuss and no surprises.
The first room we were given had a water leak in the bathroom. After a couple of visits by different staff members, we were relocated to another room.
The second room was a pleasant upgrade, bigger and with a TV that worked.
The staff were excellent very professional, helpful and friendly. There is hot water available and tea and coffee in reception all day and eve. Breakfast - buffet, very good. A good temperature in room so did not need a/c which is in the room to make it warmer or cooler. Good location 1 min off main plaza. A little street noise but it did not bother me. Very good shower with lots of hot water and good pressure.

Me dieron una habitación diferente a la reservada pero estuvo bien.
Ho dormito qui una notte e l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La posizione è molto comoda, gli ambienti puliti e la colazione buona. L'unico piccolo difetto è stato l'asciugacapelli che non funzionava, ma lo staff si è mostrato subito molto disponibile e ha risolto il problema in qualche modo. La prontezza del personale fa davvero la differenza!
La cama nos pareció bastante cómoda y la ubicación es muy buena.
El baño necesitaba un repaso y un buen mantenimiento. la mampara estaba super sucia y las juntas de los azulejos de la ducha con moho. Había restos de pintura por todos lados.
La habitación por el precio es aceptable
Breakfast is OK and staff are helpful, bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water.
The hotel is used by tour companies which bring groups. They're up early so we were woken most mornings around 4.30 to 5 as they gathered for breakfast. The hotel provides them with a table and chairs outside our room so they may sit and talk anytime. In addition the rooms above the restaurant and kitchens are noisy from early in the morning.
The room door has a window above such that the hall lights shine in, not ideal if you like a dark room.
The hotel charges an extra 5% to use a card, they don't list this in the payment information on Booking.com at the time of writing.
