Pros:

Hotel con ubicación ideal. Buen servicio de recepción. Desayuno tipo buffet muy completo. Habitación con calefacción. Nos guardaron las maletas todo el día del checkout.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña. El desayuno estaba muy lleno a las 6:30h, iban sacando mucha comida pero había demasiada gente a la misma hora y había gente de pie.

Goed centraal gelegen hotel, lekker ontbijt
Pros:

Goed gelegen vlakbij centrale plein van Puno. Proper en aangenaam hotel. Uitgebreid, zeer lekker ontbijt (één van de betere die we hadden in Peru, met veel keuze en vers fruit). Goede en propere kamers.
We kwamen erg vroeg aan na de nachtbus vanuit Cusco. Check-in was nog niet mogelijk maar we mochten wel ontbijten (ruil met dag nadien, als we vroeg weg moesten) en onze bagage achterlaten.

Cons:

We hadden met het hotel afgesproken dat zij een taxi zouden sturen naar het busstation om ons op te halen in de vroege ochtend, maar deze taxi is nooit gekomen. Ondanks een herinnering van onze kant de avond voordien, meerdere berichten bij aankomst en pogingen tot telefoon (die niet werd opgenomen).

Habitación amplia y cálida. Cama grande y muy cómoda. Ubicación, 2min de la plaza mayor.

Siamo semplicemente fuggiti. La camera non era assolutamente corrispondente alle foto presenti su Instagram, sia per arredamento che per dimensioni. Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche e mancava l’acqua
