Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo hotel! La struttura è nuova e molto ben curata. Le camere spaziose e ben disegnate, ogni camera è dotata di un ampio balcone attrezzato, comodo per asciugare asciugamani e costumi da bagno. A differenza di quanto ho notato in altri alberghi in Montenegro, qui i poggioli vengono mantenuti puliti. L'area piscina è eccezionale, la piscina a sfioro splendida e di grandi dimensioni, pulitissima, le sdraio nuove, comode, gli ombrelloni enormi. Un giorno ci siamo fermati in piscina per tutta la giornata senza nemmeno andare al mare! La colazione propone una vasta scelta di pietanze, tutto buonissimo. Il personale è gentilissimo e comunica perfettamente in lingua inglese. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se in futuro tornerò in vacanza in Montenegro, mi fermerò certamente in questo fantastico hotel!

On a passé un très agréable séjour en famille ! Le propriétaire et le personnel sont vraiment accueillants, très serviables et toujours disponibles.
La piscine est vraiment top !
On a adoré notre séjour, on reviendra.

Très mauvais expérience
Pros:

À part les serveuse rien était bien vraiment le patron était très désagréable méchant irrespectueux vraiment jamais plus dans cette hôtel on a payer pour 5 jours on est reparti au bout de 3 jours

Pros:

We arrived at the hotel very tired as we had traveled from Tivat Airport. Upon arrival, we discovered that paying by card would cost slightly more, so it's good to have cash if you want to pay the exact amount stated on Booking.com. Initially, we encountered an issue with hot water but decided to resolve it the following day.

Meanwhile, I contacted Booking.com's customer service to cancel our reservation, but the hotel owner sorted everything out the next day. Despite the initial issues, our stay turned out to be one of the best experiences we've had, and we’ve traveled quite a bit. The staff were perfect, and although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, everything was fresh and delicious—just enough to satisfy us. The cleanliness was impeccable, and during our last days, we were fortunate to have the place to ourselves, including the pool, which was cozy and clean. Food and cocktail prices were quite reasonable.

I owe the hotel an apology for trying to cancel the reservation and simultaneously want to express my gratitude for such a wonderful stay. It's a family-run business, and I can guarantee that these people are genuinely committed. I wish them all the best and hope they will always have plenty of guests.
