Una experiencia muy mala. No cometas mi error y asumas que, solo porque tiene 4.5 estrellas y es caro, es la mejor opción en Leticia. En realidad, puedes pagar la mitad del precio por un hotel mejor aquí en Leticia. En este hotel, básicamente estás pagando por la bonita decoración y nada más. La ducha no drenaba rápido y te quedas parado en agua estancada. Me pusieron en una habitación en la planta baja, con solo una ventana al pasillo. Podía oír otros teles y a una recepcionista hablando sin parar hasta mi habitación. Tengo suerte de que no hubiera otros huéspedes en el pasillo de abajo, o el ruido podría haber sido mucho peor. La cortina tenía un hueco enorme. Como se muestra en la foto adjunta. A menos que la aseguraras tú mismo, cualquiera que pasara por el pasillo podía ver dentro de tu habitación y baño. Al llegar, pregunté por la ubicación y el horario de inmigración. Me dijeron que "volvería con una respuesta", pero nunca lo hicieron. Por eso, tuve que ir al aeropuerto en taxi y la oficina de inmigración estaba cerrada (a las 17:30). Los empleados del hotel necesitan esta información y, si no la tienen, deben hacer un seguimiento. En general, una experiencia terrible. Ah, y las porciones del desayuno eran para un niño pequeño. De verdad, no vengan a este hotel, seguro que hay mejores opciones en Leticia.

a very bad experience. don't be like me and assume because it has 4.5 stars and is expensive, that it's the best option in Leticia. really, you can pay half the price for a better hotel here in Leticia. tlat this hotel, you are essentially paying for the nice decor and that's it. the shower did not drain fast, and you will stand in still water. they put me on a room downstairs, with only a window into the hall way. I could hear other TVs and the receptionist running her mouth all the way into my room. i am lucky there were no other guests in the downstairs hallway, or the noise could have been much worse.
