بعض الموظفين ودودين .. والموقع ممتاز

Cons:

تم تغيير الغرفة أكثر من مرة، ومرتين بسبب أن الباب معطل ولا يتم اغلاقه؛ وتم نقلي الى غرفة أقل من مستوى الغرفة التي قمت بحجزها بدون تعويض الفارق بين الغرفتين .. الذي يتجاوز ال50 دولار .. وعندما خرجت اراد الموظف 400 جنيه ثمن بطاقة خاصة بالمناشف وكنت قد تركتها اصلًا في سلسلة الغرف التي جعلوني اتنقل بها

الغرفة فقط لاغير، ولكن ايضاً لاتستحق السعر، كما انه فندق على هيئة كباين وهذا الشي كان لابد ان يتم اظهاره في التفاصيل.

البحر متسخ جدا جدا جدا بصورة غير طبيعية أنواع البلاستيكات انواع بقايا الاكل من خضروات الخ الخ، رملة الشاطئ متسخه جدا جدا من بلاستكيات وبقايا طعام وسجاير.

طاقم الامن وطاقم الخدمة، لم يكن محترمين الا فقط بالابتسامه وكلمة افندم اسلوب وتصرفات غير مرضيه جدا جدا جدا

لاتستحق السعر المدفعوع

وباذن الله لن يتم تكرار التجربة حتى ولو قدمت مجاني

Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel has an excellent location in San Stefano, close to restaurants, cafés, and the seaside. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, welcoming, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

Cons:

The breakfast could offer more variety, and the sound insulation between rooms could be improved. Parking availability was also limited during busy hours.
