I don’t recommend it, doesn’t worth money, I will never try again
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location, right front of the sea and the experience could have been much much better. The staff are resourceless, give you impression this the first time for them to do this job (except Ms. Rowan the guest relation specialist, she is the only one who helped us to have a bit better experience). It was the first time for me not to find butter on breakfast I found shortening instead (100% dairy-free butter like fat), which is very cheap. There is a cafe inside the hotel that welcomes people from outside the hotel, suddenly after 18:00, you many many people (cafe guests) setting in front of your room between you and the sea view, that you paid money to have, sometimes big birthday parties and all. The room service dinning orders comes from the cafe, so you can imagine how long does it take to get something to drink or eat at the peak time. The room next to ours hosted group of friends in their room, so you find group of people sitting, walking, taking phone calls, and smoking shisha in front of your room, which horrible. My room was supposed to be with “private pool”, the pool is anything but private, it’s in front of the room in open area, you can see every other pool around you, which belong to the other rooms beside you, plus the cafe guests can sit to watch you without exerting any effort, this was mind blowing surprise to us, this place misses a lot of things to be close to the hotel they think they are, it doesn’t worth 25% of the money you will pay, I don’t recommend it and I will never repeat this mistake again.

Cons:

This is a cafe with some rooms around it, it’s not a hotel. The staff are rookies. Room dining orders take forever. Door locks are not working, you sleep in the chalet and the door is not locked!!! Breakfast is very cheap, they are using shortening instead of butter, first time for me to see that, the cafe comes first in this place, cafe guests are permitted to sit in front of your rooms and make birthday parties and all, I’m out of words!!!

The reception manager was unprofessional and very harsh in dealing with us. We booked two nights on two separate reservations, and from the beginning we said we don’t want to change the room. We told the employee that, and she said there was no problem. But then on the second day, he was insisting that we change the room, and his attitude was very bad.

The hotel is very small, and they hold outdoor parties by the pool until very late, which causes extreme disturbance for the guests.

تعامل سي من مدير الفندق عندما واجهنا مشكله بسخان المياه بدوره المياه
حضر مدير الفندق حسب كلام موظف الاستقبال الي الغرفه مع الفني وبكل قله ذوق وعدم احترام للنزيل رن جواله وجلس يتحدث بالجوال بالحمام ولا راعي خصوصيه النزيل .
اخيرا لم يتم اصلاح العطل
الرجآء من اداره بوكنق المصداقية مع عملاءها
عند عرض فنادق ع موقعهم
لا انصح بالسكن بالفندق او ما يسمي فندق

المفروض الفندق مصنف 5 نجوم
صراحه وبدون مجامله . هو لا يصلح يقال عنه نجمه واحده . ولكن موقعه جيد
اسوأ ما سكنت بحياتي هو هذا المكان السيء
ولا انصح بالسكن فيه

I hated the fact that the hotel opens its cafe and restaurant to the public, literally people would be sitting right outside our room, laughing and talking very!!!! Loud, Boys and girls having shisha and smoking! Right outside the rooms, we all were very mad and shocked,couldn’t sleep the whole night till almost 4 am… never staying there again and I don’t recommend it … I don’t understand why a hotel would allow outsiders to chill till late night 😡 they should priorities their guests comfort , plus the rooms aren’t sound proof!
