Einmal und nie wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und die Katzen sind sehr süß.
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert.

Cons:

Am allermeisten ärgere ich mich über die Anzeige bei Booking! Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um ein 4 Sterne Hotel! Schaut bitte auf Check 24, dort sind es 3 Sterne und nur eine Weiterempfehlung von 40%.
Leider habe ich es nicht vorher verglichen. Ich hätte dieses Hotel sonst niemals gebucht. Der Booking Kundenservice hat bis heute nicht auf meine Beschwerde reagiert!

Das Essen war die reinste Katastrophe, ob Frühstück oder Abendessen sogar die Getränke (Cocktails zb.)
Wir hatten All In sind aber jeden Tag außerhalb Essen gegangen. Das nahegelegene Restaurant Smileys kann ich euch nur empfehlen! :)

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (siehe Fotos bei Anreise von der Toilette und Handtücher).
Die ganze Anlage war sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Bett war super unbequem.
Ich war noch nie so enttäuscht von einem Hotel und noch nie habe ich mich so sehr auf zu Hause gefreut!

1) jedzenie i service w restauracji zasluguje na 4 gwiazdki jest dosc duzy wybor i calkiem smacznie jak na standardy takich hoteli.
2) entertainment 4 gwiazdki. dal bym 5 ale wystepy dla dzieci byly powtarzalne z tymi samymi piosenkami.

specjalne podziekowania dla Jorge menedzera sali w restauracji za prezencje, ogromny szacunek do ludzi i profesjonalne podejscie do pracy. 5 gwiazdek.

1 noc pijane dzieciaki robily sobie impreze w pokoju nad nami hotel po jednym upomnieniu imprezowiczow olal sytuacje i impreza szla dalej do 5 rano.
2 noc. pokoj przy fontannie ktora pozostawala wlaczona do 4 rano. po zlozeniu zazalenia arogancki cwniak z recepcji po awanturze stwierdzil ze nic nie moze zrobic bo fontanna jest wlaczona czasowo. a wystarczylo sie ruszyc z recepcji i wylaczyc manualnie.
3 noc po zmianie pokoju. po zazaleniach zmienilismy pokoj zamiast podwojnego lozka dostalismy dwa pojedyncze.. materace byly tak twarde ze nie dalo rady zasnac a rano wstalismy z bolem plecow.
4 noc dostalismy podwojny materac. niestety rano obudzilem sie pogryziony przez swierzbowiec. po zazaleniu pani menedzerka wezwala swojego znajomego lekarza ktory stwierdzil ze nie moze potwierdzic ze to swierzbowiec (smiech) co to za lekarz?

pokoje brudne, posciel nie zmieniana, podlogi nie myte dokladnie przez co w pokoju bylo dziesiatki mrowek.
jednym slowem hotel nie zasluguje na 4 gwiazdki a makymalnie 2.5 gwiazdki.

The hotel is worth the price. We had a lovely holiday without any problems. I recommend it.

Fantastic hotel staff, very kind and helpful, especially Alberto. Professional lifeguards at the pool. Good location, 10 minutes from the beach and shops. The bar and restaurant staff were very nice, thanks to George.

Cons:

The mattresses could be more comfortable.
The ban on reserving sun loungers by the pool was not enforced, and after breakfast, it was difficult to find sun loungers for the family. And most importantly, the beer was not drinkable, it was disgusting.
