Beautiful hotel
Pros:

In a great location in the heart of Virpazar, the roof top pool is great and the rooms are all impeccable. Staff were brilliant and always happy to help.

Breakfast was great

Cons:

The spa and gym were closed and the jets on the pool not turned on.

Nice hotel, be careful as most facilities are closed

Location was good as war the restaurant

Cons:

It advertises having a gym and spa which was the main reason we booked it. Both were closed for renovation and we had no prior notice and they did nothing to say sorry. For example we paid €50 euro for a boat tour from them, and I was expecting them to offer a discount to make amends but they didn’t offer at all.

Felt luxurious and friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the hotel, felt luxurious. We arrived 30mins before check in and they were happy to accommodate us. We only stayed 1 night but used the rooftop pool, which was a lovely treat in the heatwave of August!. Our room was comfortable, we had the smallest room on the floor (according to the map layout at the back of our room door) but it was comfortable, had everything we needed for 1 night and a beautiful balcony with a view!
There was a good choice of breakfast in the morning, including fresh fruits.

Cons:

We had a drink upstairs in the rooftop bar, I had a margarita which tasted horrible, honestly they brought the drink to me with all salt at the bottom of the glass and all the way down the inside of the glass so tasted horrible. There was no salt around the top of the glass. I did highlight to the bar man and stated I couldn't drink it as it was horrible, but he just smiled and said ready to pay. Maybe stick to the wine/ beer.

The pool water was not clean and the staff in the rooftop was not friendly (completely the opposite in the restaurant where we found excelente professionals and great food).

Short but exceptional stay
