Ideal um den Skutarisee zu erleben.
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort um den See zu genießen. Perfekter Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zur Bucht von Kotor. Das Zimmer was sehr geräumig und sauber. Leckeres Frühstück.

Pros:

Lovely room overlooking the lake. Brand new hotel with great amenities, free parking, swimming pool and breakfast. The manager and staff were also very helpful and always available. They even arranged a boat tour of Lake Skadar which was amazing.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a cute village.
Pros:

The restaurant staff and reception staff were very hospitable and friendly. We arrived late & hungry. The bar sommelier was able to make us a beautiful cheese plate paired perfectly with wine. We were able to get a late checkout to allow for more sleep!

Excellent
Pros:

Great location right in the centre of Virpazar.Hotel modern spacious and clean. Roof top pool lovely spot overlooking the lake.We eat dinner in the restaurant which was excellent as were the breakfasts. Staff friendly and efficient.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend it highly enough.

C’était notre dernier jour au Monténégro. Nous en avons profité pour nous rapprocher de l’aéroport e

Tout etait très bien. La chambre etait parfaite la piscine l'equipe sur place. Le restaurant et son equipe.

Nous sommes arrivés relativement tôt, car nous avions un check-out assez matinal dans notre hôtel précédent.

À notre arrivée, le responsable s’est mis à crier sur ma compagne parce qu’il souhaitait que nous prenions une chambre Premium. Son comportement a été détestable. Il nous a ensuite demandé de repartir parce qu’il était trop tôt, avant de nous annoncer, à peine 30 secondes plus tard, que notre chambre était finalement prête.

Nous avons passé 15 jours au Monténégro et c’est, de très loin, le pire accueil que nous ayons reçu. Nous ne méritions absolument pas d’être traités de cette manière. D’ailleurs, une autre personne de l’accueil est venue s’excuser auprès de nous.

Le lendemain, cette même personne m’a bousculé pendant le petit-déjeuner sans même s’excuser. Ce comportement est scandaleux et totalement inadmissible.

De notre côté, nous sommes restés calmes tout au long du séjour et nous n’avons pas répondu à ces provocations.

Pour moi, dans un hôtel, l’accueil et le respect des clients devraient être une priorité absolue, quel que soit le poste occupé dans la hiérarchie.

Avant de partir, nous avons demandé le nom de cette personne : Dejan Belada.

Je le dis très clairement : ce type de comportement dessert votre hôtel et donne une très mauvaise image de toute votre équipe. Une vraie remise en question est nécessaire.

Brilliant stay on Lake Skadar
Pros:

Perfect for a stay in Virpazar, fairly new hotel and facilities including pool were amazing, we didn't eat in the restaurant other than breakfast but had some nice drinks on the roof terrace. Staff were friendly and responsive

Fabulous hotel right in centre of village. Loved the sky bar and pool

Cons:

Pool was a bit too cold. The spa was not fully operational so disappointing more selection of food in sky bar needed. No tea/coffee facilities in room

Pros:

Un très bel établissement, qui a tout d’un grand hôtel sauf le prix.
Une piscine magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes, une chambre spacieuse et magnifique
Le restaurant est un excellent rapport qualité prix !
La terrasse du bar a une vue incroyable au coucher de soleil !
L’endroit est également très sympathique avec un super accès au lac Skadar

No kettle in the room?!
Everytime we went ANYWHERE we were asked "are you a guest here?"
After the 4th time walking through the building it feels personal and rude. If you want to distinguish between guests and people trying to use the facilities maybe wristbands?
