Pros:

La vue sur le lac était superbe. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Le personnel était très attentionné et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Nous avons signalé qu'il manquait des produits pour nettoyer les appareils avant et après utilisation. Certains étaient d'ailleurs sales.
Le petit déjeuner avec un vrai jus d'orange aurait été un plus. Sinon, il était copieux et varié.

Pros:

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da und deshalb gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet - dafür wurde uns aber eine kleine und ausreichende Karte mit verschiedenen Speisen angeboten.
Zudem haben wir ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Aussicht und Lage 10/10.

Cons:

Spa Bereich! Ist nicht im Hotelpreis inkludiert (10€/h) und das Geld nicht wert. Der Pool war lauwarm und die Düsen haben nicht funktioniert, eine der Saunen war aus, das Dampfbad hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, der Spa Bereich war insgesamt nicht gut beheizt und es war eher frisch.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Everything, the food, staff, free parking, room and facilities, spa.
We got a free room upgrade, which was amazing. Also got a free spa entrance but paying would have been worth it!

Cons:

There were some lights that could not be turned off in the room, eg emergency light, TV button, etc. This is very minor but I noticed it.

Beautiful location, friendly helpful staff, great food
Pros:

Location was great, the food was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Not much other than the smell of cigarettes that seemed to come through the air conditioning into our room. When we turned the aircon off it was fine.

Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst (zou een evidentie moeten zijn maar dit is niet overal het geval in Montenegro)
Zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt
Zwembad met prachtig zicht op het meer
Ligging, parking

Cons:

Slechts 8 ligstoelen in de schaduw aan het zwembad (de overige zonder parasol in de volle zon).
Het terras van de kamer die we toegewezen kregen was groot, ligstoelen zouden fijn geweest zijn.
