Pros:

Il bus da Cusco non era partito, quindi ho dovuto spostare orario e data. Non ho avuto problemi anche col deposito valigia. Gentilissimi, camera pulita, bagno spazioso, acqua calda e servizio lavanderia. Mi sono venuti incontro per ogni desiderio.

Cons:

La camera non aveva finestra sulla strada, quindi non avevo luce del giorno, in compenso era meno rumorosa.

El personal fue entusiasta y brindó un servicio excelente; su amabilidad fue de gran ayuda durante mi estancia.
El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades básicas que cabría esperar. Cuenta con un restaurante para desayunar y algunas tiendas de conveniencia, como bebidas y recuerdos. La ubicación es promedio, ni muy cerca ni muy lejos.

The staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service; the friendly staff were very helpful during our stay.
The hotel has all the basic amenities, including a breakfast restaurant and some convenient retail options such as drinks and souvenirs. The location is average, neither too far nor too close to anything.
