Absolutely recommend
Pros:

Staff is great, location is perfect, rooms are roomy enough and brakefast is actually very complete. Absolutely recommend

Cons:

The floor wasn't that clean. But I guess that's the only thing. This is a very good value hotel and great price and location. Do consider in your trip!

Alles im Allen, war dieser Aufenthalt mit viel Stress verbunden und würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen oder empfeh
Pros:

Trotz zentraler Lage, war es sehr ruhig und sauber. Das wars dann aber auch schon.

Cons:

Isr sehr schlecht zu finden, da das angebliche Hotel, was gar kein Hotel war nicht direkt an der Strasse war. Vieles funktionierte nicht.D.h Ventilator unter der Lampe konnte nicht abgestellt werden. Rolladen konnte nicht bedient werden. Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht. Nach dem Zimmer wechsel, dort funktionierten nicht alle Steckdosen. Das Personal konnte zum Teil kein Deutsch. Hatte duese Unterkunft gefähhlt wegen dem Lift und erst als ich die Buchung abgeschlossen hatte, kam dann die Information, dass dieser nur im Notfall benützt werden darf, denn dieser gehört zum Nebengebäude

Eine Nacht kann man aushalten
Pros:

Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe (wenige Gehminuten) ist optimal für einen Stopp für eine Nacht. Mehr positives ist aber schon kaum zu finden, selbst wenn man das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis berücksichtigt.

Cons:

1) Mitten in der Nacht Stromausfall - habe über Whats App die Tel-Nr. herausgefunden, dann dauerte es 15 min.
2) Frühstück - der "Kellner" (eher Tellerabräumer) konnte nicht deutsch. Als ich ihm geraten habe, er solle doch Deutsch lernen, meinte er lapidar: "No".
3) Der steile Aufgang ist für Personen, die nicht mehr so richtig können (wie ich), einigermaßen mühsam.

Bad stay.
Pros:

Very difficult to enter and check-in. No receptionist there to greet us. Keep pressing the service bell but no response. Weird way to gain entry to the lobby. From a side door using code numbers. To exit using another elevator.
Finally after a long wait the receptionist came and I went through a hassle to fill up the form. He gave us a room facing the reception area. I need to tell him that my wife was still downstairs with our luggage unable to come up because there was no visible lift to take upstairs.
During our stay there was loud drilling and hammering of the walls somewhere but subsided after 6.30pm.
Then during the night there was a commotion at the reception outside our room. Sounded like quarrelling and shouting. Made us very uneasy.
Booked for 3 nights but we left after 1 night. Horrid experience!

Cons:

From the start till our exit very, very bad experience. From check-in, the room, hotel service and facilities - just nightmarish.

A decent stay for the price
Pros:

Good price and a well sized room, good location, close to the train station and walking distance to Schloss Mirabell. Hotel entrance is a little tucked in but fairly easy to find thanks to the signs.

Cons:

Only one bed for two people was made upon arrival, perhaps mix-up with another reservation? Breakfast was decent but setting could have been a little nicer. An old TV with a very limited amount of channels in the room, which encompassed the feeling of a hotel that could use some modernization.
