Exceptional
Pros:

Host was easy to contact and answered within minutes of the booking with useful info on the local area and super easy key pickup. The apartment was very clean and modern, with all facilities working perfectly. Im stayed 3 nights and wished we could stay more. There was everything we needed to cook and wash our clothes. Overall, a lovely relaxing 3 days.

Pros:

Location was great, it's right on the beach and the staff/ host was so lovely, couldn't be nicer.

Cons:

They room cost €36 on booking.com, when I went there the price had gone up to €66.60, a €30 cleaning fee was added that was not listed on the website booking.
It is listed as a apart hotel but has no kitche facilities.
The bed was hard, and the only blanket was an empty duvet cover. The lovely host brought me up a blanket, which was a large beach towel.

Pros:

It is very clean

Cons:

Hidden costs. I think that's the problem. Maintenance and cleaning that cost almost as much as the room I think is too much. Plus parking for €5 per night.

At least as far as I'm concerned, it wouldn't be a problem if it was included in the total price of the stay.

Good Vs less good
Pros:

It was really close to the sea, and the apartment was beautiful. Staff was kind and were always there.

Cons:

The parking is not something I would recommend. It's ok, the staff is doing what they can, but it's crowded. The other thing is the cleaning service. It comes with a fee. I am not the one saying that I need towels and drapes to be replaced every day, but at least once per stay (9 nights) would be ok. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Very close to beach - 20m.
Big rooms.
A lot of toys for kids.

Cons:

Kitchen equipement included only kettle, fridge, microwave and small tableware. Lack of stove and pots.

Very good location and the apartment was extremely clean and cozy. The beach is literally 4 meters from the main gate. The location has some very good restaurants less than 100 meters from the room. I can not recommend this enough,
