Sehr schönes Hotel für Erwachsene
Pros:

Die Anlage, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das Essen war hervorragend. Alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Matratze war viel zu hart und durchgelegen. Die Musik am Abend war viel zu laut.

Incroyable séjour, cadre idyllique et service exceptionnel
Pros:

L'hôtel est sublime, et la chambre avec vue sur mer est absolument magnifique. On peut se réveiller chaque jour en admirant un magnifique lever de soleil depuis son lit. L'équipe est adorable, toujours disponible et très attentive. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

la gentillesse :

- des serveurs, mohamed, mahmoud, Rayan super gentil toujours souriant malgré le rush
-service serviettes un Homme super gentil ! je ne me souviens plus de son prénom
le buffet varié du petit dej au dîner

Le bruit le matin des femmes de ménages dans le couloir dès 7h du matin entrain de discuter

Comme d'habitude les hotels tui se distinguent par leurs prestations, nourritures, calmes services.....enfin rien à dire que du bonheur pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité et la gastronomie, en plus pas d'enfants

Not a good value. I am used to 5-star hotels. Now, I know how mediocre 4-star hotels can be.

Pros:

Sehr schöne, saubere Anlage direkt am Meer mit 2 Pools. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer und unser Pool, den wir mit 2 weiteren Zimmern teilten, wurden täglich hervorragend gereinigt. Besonders lecker fanden wir dagegen. Wir haben in keinem Hotel in Sousse und Umgebung so gut und abwechslungsreich gegessen und wir waren in verschiedenen 5 Sterne Hotels. Daher besonderes Lob an die Küche.
Uns hat auch die Atmosphäre gut gefallen. Daher würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und können es empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gibt jedoch 2 Dinge die uns nicht gefallen haben: wie bereits andere Gäste bereits angemerkt haben, finden wir die musikalische Unterhaltung sehr laut.
Das zweite war die Matratze des Betts, die wir als sehr hart empfanden, so dass wir morgens immer mit Rückenschmerzen erwachten. Daher wäre ein Topper extrem hilfreich.

Un sogno. Fantastico resort e cucina migliore che io abbia mai trovato in un resort e noi italiani abbiamo aspettative molto alte. Animazione presente ma non invadente.
